Great facility, really well designed and out together. I'm a builder. wherever I go I look for flaws. None found. Everything was perfect and so was the staff. They bent over backwards to help us with our stay. We're independent, do it yourself types. At one point I asked them to chill. I can do this. I'm not used to that level of service.

The location could have been closer to other facilities like other restaurants, shopping etc. It's out on Punta Coco, a long ways out of town and the 4 wheel drive, golf cart taxis took 15 minutes over rough, muddy paths to get to town. As such, we stayed put, ate excellent food, drank mango margaritas and enjoyed the fantastic pool. Oh, darn, poor us.

This hotel was the best part of my entire vacation! The property is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are so helpful and patience. They will escort you to your room, show you how to use the amenities around the property and will assist in any way they can. The property is the last resort of that side of the island and it is so serene and picturesque. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious and I loved having the company of the iguanas running around (They wont bother you at all I promise)

I can't think of anything I didn't like at this property. The only downside is the distance from the property to the main city area of the island. You can walk it, but you will need to be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes. Taking taxis will be expensive so if you can bike or rent a cart yourself to save some money. Bring plenty of water/snacks with you before you check in.

Staff go out of their way for you. The restaurant staff were always so friendly and tried helping with room service when my mum wasn't feeling well. The desk staff asked if there were any special occasions when we checked in and I mentioned it was my birthday the following week, I got a surprise cake on my last day there! Swimming pool lovely and different. Hotel next to the beach and walking distance to the bioluminescent areas.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Staff was friendly and eager to please. Location was great to see sunset, but quite far from city center. Pool is very nice.

Acoustic isolation was bad. Family placed in the room next to ours was very rude and noisy and we could hear everything - including hair dryer at 01am. Breakfast literally only includes coffee as beverage (if you dont drink it, need to pay for something else)

The facility is beautiful. They are obviously still working on some of the extra facilities - such as by the beach and I expect will have more soon. The continental breakfast was good - toast and pastry, coffee, fresh juice, a small fruit cup and small yogurt with honey and granola. The pool is small but lovely, the oceanfront area is also lovely. The staff was very friendly and always trying to meet or exceed our needs. The live music some evenings was fun. In town some terrific restaurants.

They seem to still need to work out some kinks. Lots of people in the restaurant, but sometimes not organized for example. The food overall was good but not great, and the prices were resort prices. Also this island can be difficult to get around on. It's only 2km to town center and I would normally walk that - but due to dirt roads with lots of pooled water one was forced to take a taxi to and from town (or be covered in mud.)

Extremely clean, huge, beautiful site with all new buildings. Lovely sunset views. Staff very welcoming but service a little bit varied and communication a bit confused at times. Location a bit further from town but taxi was only 250 pesos so not too bad we didn't think.

We had a private plunge pool room which was lovely apart from the fact we seemed to be right next to where the kitchen porters and staff need to walk. Meaning there was a constant stream of staff walking past at eye level to our pool. Not the most private ! Food was ok but nothing compared to other spots on the island.

It is very new and clean. Beautiful view and nice pool

The breakfast was bad. just only continental breakfast. You should pay additional fee if you want tto have eggs etc. Lots of mosquitoes at the beach.

Nice rooms, clean and modern but still with a certain Charme

In a hotel where a night costs over 350 US-Dollars I would expect that you get as much free drinking water as you want. But no! 650ml costs 125 Pesos. It is not about the money more about the attitude and the lacking level of service I am complaining about. They do not run their beach bar. there were only 2 functioning bikes. Since bikes are a good option to get from the hotel to the city this is by far not enough bikes.

It’s a larger property by Holbox standards but it’s design and scale make it feel familiar and cozy. The room was terrific complete with refreshing plunge pool and just steps away from the main pool and restaurant. The location is stretch from town but the beach at punto Cocos is an island paradise. The staff were personal and very attentive. The food options were a bit limited but healthy and delicious. Excellent breakfast options. The grouper for dinner one night was a miss which I communicated to the staff. A shout out to Mauricio, Manual, Sr. Rene and the pizza chef who went to great ends to make our stay a memorable one. Also, Mario the general manager whom we had met during our stay and who sent us off the morning of our check out. And last but not least the wonderful ladies in reception. Thank you all can’t wait to return!

The badly prepared grouper dinner one night and that nothing was offered to compensate for it.

Amazing location, beautiful rooms, the nicest and most welcoming staff, great food, the massage at the spa was the cherry on top. Special kudos to Roberto, the manager, Alejandra who waits at the beach club and the masseuse, Alejandra for going the extra mile!
