The place was really nice and location is amazing. I assumed it would be too much noise but it was just perfect.

The only thing we didn't like it happened just upon our arrival. The card machine wasn't working properly and saying that our card has been declined even though just min before we were paying with the same card so we had to go to ATM to take a cash with the very same card and it worked. So big minus for that since we came all tired after our trip.

Location on Avenida 5 was perfect. Walkable to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Laura was incredibly helpful in giving us great restaurants and bars to visit. Enzo was very helpful in assisting us on our ferry to Cozumel and other activities.

the bedrooms were very nice and clean, the staff was extremely service minded and nice and the location is amazing

the WiFi wasn’t very good and it’s not very soundproof so if someone on the street is loud you can hear it very clearly

Most important - too loud. If you want to sleep, avoid it. If you get a room 400, please immediately ask for a change or leave. That hole shouldn’t exist. Luckily our room was changed from 400 to another one. There is no elevator. Internet is quite slow and unreliable.

Very nice. The best hotel for the price. The shampoo and soap smelled so GOOD. The room was amazing for the price.

The breakfast was ok small portions not very much egg toast coffe drink. The music is loud at night but it’s live and down town.

The location is perfect, in front of 5th avenue and near to parking and place foods.

There is a lot of noise around the hotel during the morning, the disco behind the hotel has direct windows with the room so you can't sleep early

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The art gallery in the veranda is amazing and a great place to enjoy the artists busking on 5a and people watch or chill with your party. The location is great and not far from Mamita beach and el deportivo. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The wifi was an issue during our stay. There was also a problem with the shower of one of the rooms we had but it was fixed.

- As the hotel is located on the 5th avenue it could get a bit noisy at night - WiFi could be a bit better - No refrigerator in the room

Great location and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. I got badly sunburnt on my foot and it was swelling and Mary and the restaurant chef were getting me ice and salt and something to soak it in daily. All of the staff were really friendly (Mary, Antonio, the chef - can’t remember her name unfortunately) and went out of their way to make our stay feel like a home with welcoming friends that we trusted and felt safe here. Would definitely recommend

There were no cycles to rent as stated and no fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool. This didn’t affect our holiday though. The internet was not so strong either - kept dropping out.

We liked the location, in the centre, the cleanness- the rooms are cleaned every day, and friendly staff.

It is very noisy during the night as the hotel is on the 5th avenue, but it wasn't a big issue for us.
