The place was really nice and location is amazing. I assumed it would be too much noise but it was just perfect.

The only thing we didn't like it happened just upon our arrival. The card machine wasn't working properly and saying that our card has been declined even though just min before we were paying with the same card so we had to go to ATM to take a cash with the very same card and it worked. So big minus for that since we came all tired after our trip.

the WiFi wasn’t very good and it’s not very soundproof so if someone on the street is loud you can hear it very clearly

Most important - too loud. If you want to sleep, avoid it. If you get a room 400, please immediately ask for a change or leave. That hole shouldn’t exist. Luckily our room was changed from 400 to another one. There is no elevator. Internet is quite slow and unreliable.

Location on Avenida 5 was perfect. Walkable to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Laura was incredibly helpful in giving us great restaurants and bars to visit. Enzo was very helpful in assisting us on our ferry to Cozumel and other activities.

Great location and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. I got badly sunburnt on my foot and it was swelling and Mary and the restaurant chef were getting me ice and salt and something to soak it in daily. All of the staff were really friendly (Mary, Antonio, the chef - can’t remember her name unfortunately) and went out of their way to make our stay feel like a home with welcoming friends that we trusted and felt safe here. Would definitely recommend

There were no cycles to rent as stated and no fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool. This didn’t affect our holiday though. The internet was not so strong either - kept dropping out.

Cozy rooms located in the heart of the 5th ave, close to everything. About 10 mins walk to the beach. Rooms were clean. Communication with the hotel was easy. The staff was super friendly and eager to help. If you have a car, parking is easy on the street next to the hotel. For the street parking, you however will need actual pesos (change). We were able to get change at the nearby 7/11, with a purchase.

The 5th Ave can be very loud, I recommend to bring earplugs or noise canceling earphones. You will hear the nearby bars and street performers. The hotel staff & other guests tried having a street performer move location with no success one night. As far as we’re concerned, a friendy & respectful chat with the performer, asking him to lower the performance volume after 12:30-1:00 am & a donation helped manage the situation.

I booked 4 rooms for me and my family & it was so modern, beautiful, very comfortable & clean with Air conditioning. the location was perfect if you’re there to party & enjoy the music on the strip. it’s only a 5 minute walk from the beach. seven eleven & the pharmacy are on the corner, which was very convenient. I was a little worried when I booked because of certain reviews but I’m glad I booked it. The staff was really nice & helpful! overall it was a successful stay. I will be back.

the only complaint is that both rooms on the second floor smell like humidity but it wasn’t a big deal. the other two rooms were fine.

Beautifully decorated and stylish hotel around a central plunge pool - think Moroccan Riyadh in style! Located in a great part of town, a short walk from the hustle and bustle and good restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Room was serviced every day and the beds were very comfy.

The restaurant attached (which seemed to be part of the hotel) had terrible service. Went there for breakfast one day and almost missed our taxi the service was so slow. They served a bowl of almond milk with some muesli in as "overnight oats" and seemed bemused when we asked to send it back. Stay at the hotel but don't eat breakfast there!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The art gallery in the veranda is amazing and a great place to enjoy the artists busking on 5a and people watch or chill with your party. The location is great and not far from Mamita beach and el deportivo. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The wifi was an issue during our stay. There was also a problem with the shower of one of the rooms we had but it was fixed.

The location is perfect, in front of 5th avenue and near to parking and place foods.

There is a lot of noise around the hotel during the morning, the disco behind the hotel has direct windows with the room so you can't sleep early
