Everything. Im a loyal customer for 3 years now and I am always very happy there. Be aware that not all rooms have a balcony, jacuzzi, or even windows facing outside, be sure to not book standard!

Accidentally booked the standard room instead of the sweet. Do NOT recommend those, what a shock. Nothing according to my expectations (I am staying in Be playa for years now) as it has no balcony, no jacuzzi, the shower has no privacy (in case you're sharing a room) no natural light - surprisingly bad. When realising my mistake quickly requested an upgrade.

I already was in the hotel some years ago. It is well located and still as good as I remembered. The room was big with a nice Jacuzzi and the staff was really friendly. Loved the pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice with enough options.

A little problem with warm water. It is cool to have a Jacuzzi but wasn't able to use it that much as most of the time I had cold water. Same for the shower. I had breakfast included, and it's okay for me to leave some tips to the staff, but this should seriously be included in the breakfast price. The feeling isn't the best to start the day stressing over tips.

Room was big, bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool was a plus. Jacuzzi in the room and a hammock on the balcony were nice. Most of the staff was nice, a couple of bad apples though. TV would have been great but it did not work. Most importantly the room was quiet and I had a good sleep in this hotel every night.

The cleaners did not clean well enough, even after I asked to do a better job. There were a lot of little bugs in my room. Breakfast service was too slow. Would be faster if guests can get some things themselves. Waiters never remembered to bring milk with coffee. Some waiters were slow and rude. Some were ok. Master suites did not have refrigerators before you asked that they bring one. It should be there automatically, who wants to drink warm water?

I liked the location and the room was very spacious

In general, it was a good stay, but the main desk staff has to be more attentive because I was waiting for 20 minutes to make the check-in. Hotel facilities need renewal, you can tell over wearing on some details for example the mirror in the bathroom had stains from use..

It’s a relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff, big room (oh that bath!) and great location. Events in the evening but quiet during the day. Bar staff made my stay, friendly faces all around :)

It’s a little outdated, could do with some beauty upgrades, but it didn’t bother me at all, everything worked! Will come back!

I wish I could live in that room. BOOK IT!

super minor: there was no ac in reception

Location was great. Very friendly staff.

The bathroom and toilet needed more cleaning. Pool area was often not being cleaned, and tables were sticky. Pictures did not appear to be current.

The service is what made the experience all the better. Absolutely loved the staff. If it wasn’t for the staff a solid 7 just because we did see one dead roach and sometimes the amenities in the room didn’t work as properly as we liked. Loved the location breakfast was lovely and of course staff was cherry on top.

Just the amenities I do feel like the building does need some updating. I also felt that our breakfast server could have been more friendly he wasn’t a bad server. He was very attentive. He just was serious.

Room was comfy and staff was especially helpful. The lady at the front desk (Maria?) helped us plan the few days we had in Playa in person and through whatsapp. Thank you!

A bit of noise on the first night but much better after.

The room was immaculate, and beautiful. At checkin, Angus walked me to my room and showed me all of the amenities. The hotel phone system wasn't functioning, and so he gave me his personal WhatsApp in-order to reach him directly. Then, throughout the weekend he attended to my every request.

Provide more linens inside the room. With the hot tub and the shower, the towels get used up quickly. The staff were more than willing to provide more when requested, but it would be nice not to have to ask. :)
