Excellent value! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The apartment was clean and well decorated.

Only downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the ADO bus station (20min). There was also construction going on next door that started every morning at 8am, but they looked to be getting close to the end on construction. I would still book this apartment again!

I think the price was too high even during high season. The apartment also faces another apartments like 3 meters away which makes the space feeling very unclosed.

Beautiful, clean 2 bed ground floor apartment. Fully equipped - Everything you could need. Shared rooftop pool. Parking. Very close to the town and beach.

The security staff in the corridor outside were very noisy during the early morning. The apartment block is still under construction, and the building starts early. The bed in the smaller bedroom had a very firm mattress.. I slept on the sofa, which was comfortable.

The apartment is super spacious, and amazingly clean. Jacqueline, our host, greeted us warmly and showed us around. Even a baby bath and a crib were provided. Location is amazing, just in a quiet side street off the main avenue. The most valuable thing might be the parking garage with a direct lift to the apartments. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay - thoughtfully-equipped accomodation. Appreciated the water cooler unit and water being replaced during our stay.

Price could've been more competitive. Also, the pool was smaller than the photos appeared to suggest.

Cleanliness is always the most important aspect for me and this apartment was immaculate. The location cannot be beat. We were primarily interested in the beach clubs and they were all within a 5-10 minute walk. We never used a taxi but you can find several on every corner if needed.

Spacious, clean, comfortable The appartment is guarded 24/24, is next to the 5th Avenue which is the main street with all restaurants and bars. It is 5-10min away from the beach also ! Everything can be done by walk. Our stay was perfect, will recommend to any group of friends or family !

Absolutely perfect location for exploring Playa del Carmen. The apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained. Everything works perfectly, the a/c, hot water, electricity, elevator! The secure parking was also very useful.

It would be useful to have a washing machine
