I love that staff, love the location, love the facility, and I love the breakfast. The Lahun is exactly like the pictures. This place is clean and comfortable (I feel so happy at Lahun). This will be my go-to place when I am in Playa Del Carmen.

I love everything about Lahun. This facility is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff is a very welcoming group of people, and the location is perfect.

This is the 4th time at Lahun. The apartment is good sized, well equipped kitchen, daily coffee, lots of towels for beach and bathroom. Availability of roof deck pool! Two big screened televisions, as well. We loved the pillows... Diana and Willie were very friendly and helpful. Willie did a terrific job keeping our room clean.

Could only stay 3 weeks this year.

The property is actually managed by the hotel across the street. That's totally fine, but it would be great to communicate about it - I was unable to talk to anyone at the hotel when asking a couple questions before arriving due to this.

Location was great very close to 5th Avenue but also nice and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop is small but perfect for quiet relaxation.

perfect location, very clean and secure building. rooms and bathrooms were large and modern. very close to fifth avenue but far enough for peace and quiet. The room was outfitted with really welcoming finishes like power ball snack, water and shampoos etc. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

the adjoining rooms are separated by very thin walls so you hear most of what the neighbor does or says. Breakfast was very basic, with only two options to choose from but it tasted good. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, good storage, nice small pool area, good location within easy walking distance to the center but not too noicy. Breakfast included and it was ok (not a buffet).

Sheets were not exactly clean. No chairs or table on the balcony.

This is a return visit from January, February. We enjoyed our 15 days then and 9 days in March. The one bedroom is comfortable, equipped and terrific quiet location. Also enjoyed the roof deck pool after a day at the beach. The breakfast restaurant downstairs .....we absolutely enjoyed the friendly wait staff Bruce and Miguel. Looked forward to practicing Spanish each morning. A lot of fun. Staff at hotel were very responsive to any requests we made. Love this place!

Another choice or 2 to add options for breakfast. The food was very good but would have preferred a little variety such as yogurt and muesli.

Location was ideal, very close to beach and 5th Avenue but also very quiet, no disturbance from bars etc. which was great. The rooftop pool is little but peaceful and not many people were there, so good for relaxing. The room was large and clean with a comfy bed.

The water in the shower was cold. Had to speak to hotel more than once in regards to this. The hotel reception was based in the Hacienda Paradise over the road, not a problem but when checking in I did not realise to go over the road. (There are signs on the door but someone had let me in so I missed the signs).

huge spacious apartment, very well-equipped throughout, big comfortable bed, air conditioning, great location, close to busy 5th avenue, and the check in process and concierge was helpful and responsive.

Clean rooms and modern feeling, rooftop swimming pool is extra advantage! you van park your car in the street next to the hotel across the street . breakfast is served in the breakfast restaurant Pierre on the ground floor.

it takes a long time for hot water (water spoilage), but it works ;)
