Excellent place , luxury spaces and perfect distance from all the attractions in Playa del Carmen

The location was great, laundry on site and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was every second day and did a great job.

The couch needs to be changed. Shower water pressure was mediocre and the temperature of the water was inconsistent.

Location, the apartment it self. You get what they promise (since day 2 in our case unfortunately).

We didn’t get an apartment in conditions to be rented in the first night. neither had hot water and got 2 out of 4 towels. Wifi didn’t get to the room we were not able to use the stoves. We lost as well half of the next day until they changed us to a different apartment in the building. We didn’t get a Refund for this lost day.. Once changed, the stay was excellent, we got all what was promised and any small issue was solved immediately and would score great.

Good and clean apartment, 2 separated bedrooms which is great for family with kids. It is very close to touristic part of the city and beach but not too close for music from restaurants to be heard. there are ventilators and conditioners in each room, necessary for such hot weather. 3 separated bathrooms saved kids from competing over toilets.

Apartment has a kitchen but there very little accessories on the kitchen to cook meals. Basic stuff like salt, sugar was missing and we had to buy it in the supermarket nearby. No fen in the flat as well.

I like that you could walk to shop and go to restaurants. I liked the coffee pot. I enjoyed the pool and the view. I liked the AC and TV.

Washer made a horrible noise. Not enough towels and washcloths. No dish towels. Beds were hard. No hot water most days. The parking was difficult.

The best part was the location. Very close to the heart of Playa del Carmen. Rooms has a lot of space and it was great to have 3 bathrooms for ur group. A lot of nice places to go and restaurants nearby. Good quality price. The pool is a nice touch although a bit shallow.

Unfortunately the internet was very bad. Not stable and only few devices could connect at the same time. There was a lot of noise coming in from outside and the elevator. When we requested something additional (towels, pillows) we got them but it took some time and they don't seem to have personnel for the guest but someone to check for customers from time to time
