It’s new, so the facilities are clean and modern. The staff are really friendly and helpful too! Close to the beach, and they’re upgrading the space so there’s a kitchen opening soon.

They charged a fee of 300 pesos for my dog, which is expensive in comparison to other places I’ve stayed. The noise from nearby clubs is also a little imposing. The outside space isn’t closed off, so not ideal for letting your dog into the garden.

Wonderful property in the heart of Playa Del Carmen tourist zone. Lots to do within a short walking distance. Food, shops and a great mall with fun activities nearby. The staff was incredibly accommodating and English speaking which helped a lot with our stay. Clean and safe, simple hotel.

The parking is a distance away. We chose to park on the street and pay the permit parking which was $4 a night. Had an issue with the hot water that was resolved with a move to another room. Easy for us.

The location was perfect. The place was clean, AC was working fine, the wifi was reliable enough and the staff was very nice. Special thanks to Iñaki, he is very professional.

The water pressure was low. Some people might find it too noisy at night because of the bars next to the hotel But that didn't bother me, I was able to sleep very well.

The room was nice and clean. Staff friendly. Some had limited English but we're happy to translate and advise on a translation app. Very central and close to everything

It's just off the main strip so the music from the bars is really loud till around 2am

24h reception available - we arrived shortly before midnight with no problem. new room, hot water, comfy beds, clean, good location.

theres a bar next to the hotel where the music was played until midnight which would have been very frustrating for me if we had arrived sooner than 5min before midnight :)

Don’t be a light sleeper there is loud music Al around until 3 every night . Loud, yes mega loud.
