Really good location. The beach nearby is great (next to the hilton). Hotel staff (the one that book the room) is friendly and helpful. For example they provided sun umbrellas and sand toys. Our toilet broke and they fixed it the same day. The apartments are spacious and perfect for a group. Playa del Carmen is really lively and you are really close to everything.

No dishwasher in my unit. Terrasse furniture would be a nice addition. The staff from the magia complex is really strict and could be more helpful. The unit is not soundproof and you can be unlucky if a loud group rents the top unit.

No breakfast was included in our package. The location is superb for short or long stays and ideal for couples and families. Staff are attentive and helpful.

Please add more floor towels for water from shower run off. Please offer a clean white sheet over the sofa as it was used for sleeping. Everything else was great.

Perfect location, lovely pool area good gym, very nice apartment

They had run out of wristbands which we should have had and we were therefore questioned several time by the security hard which wasn’t a nice feeling. It would have been nice with private outdoor furniture. And the spa place were unwilling to give us the complimentary 10 min massage which was a little disappointing

That booking show me a picture if a high level floor and I got lower lever . When in the offer I had an ocean partial view. High level apartment

Great location and walking distance to many places.

Exiting and entering the garage was a hassle because the guard was not always available to open and close to enter and exit.

Location was great. Pool was awesome. Hosts were nice and helpful. Free water and coffee.

Room was very hot. It said it had air conditioning, but maybe it wasn't working very well. They also had fans, but still very warm. The wifi worked "ok", but only in the living room.

The pool is large but really just a wading pool. You can't swim in it.

the check in was a little confusing. I was just exhausted upon arrival and didn’t read the directions. but that is minor. this place was excellent
