The facilities were good, staff were ok, we arrived early and had to wait till 3pm to check in. The location was good BUT and this is a big BUT… if you want to have some sleep at night, then… this is definitely NOT the place for you ! The loud horrible music from the four big pubs/clubs near by is going on till after 3AM and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep.

I didn’t like the fact that guests can not have any sleep till the early hours of the morning. I booked a place for 3 people and when we got there we realised that the 3rd person has to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge which was in a terrible state, full of stains and the sofa wasn’t even straight (perhaps broken), I believe since this place is pets friendly, the horrible stains are most likely from pets doing their needs on the sofa😳 which is disgusting. We are going back to the playa and definitely won’t stay there again.

The room was great! It was large enough, clean, and I used the stove to cook. The pool was also great! It was clean and included everything we needed with also a jacuzzi part with warm water.

As this is not a hotel, if I want to ask for something (a baby crib, for instance) I cannot just go to the reception. I need to ask the owner of the room via the booking platform. Some of the reception staff don't know English so well, but we could manage.

I liked everything, the room (a queen studio) was a little small but it was clean, comfortable. The rooftop is Amazing, the pools and jacuzzi and the ocean view, the location is great, everything is close to the hotel, bars, restaurants, convenience stores and the 5Th Ave. I can't wait to back next vacation

The lobby is in the second floor and there wasn't an elevator so it was a little complicated to access with our luggage and there isn't a parking lot so we had to pay for it

This is the third stop on my trip to Mexico and the first place that felt truly clean! phew! I love having a little kitchenette in our room, great for left overs. The roof is gorgeous, and the wifi is strong up there. Also, wasn’t too crowded! I got a perfect spot in the shade and was able to work up there for a few hours. Wifi was also excellent in my room, I had a multi-hour video call with perfect connection the whole time. The location is super convenient, no need for a car. (There’s an Awesome breakfast place just around the corner.) Room had extra sheets, blanket and pillow for my son to sleep on the pull out couch - sounds obvious but wasn’t supplied in other locations. We tried to extend our stay for 4 more nights but they were booked, bummer!

A dish towel - or any towel in the kitchen would be nice. Shower pressure could be better Everything was clean, but the couch has some stains - we covered it with the spare sheet immediately, problem solved! I saw complaints about the noise.. we are close to the night clubs here. Our room is on the opposite side of the building from the clubs which might help, but I didn’t even need to use my ear plugs. My whole family slept really well. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was super nice and very complete. Comfortable, clean and well located. Great rooftop.

Nothing to do with the property, but the street was super noisy from 8pm to 2am aprox. The condo was great, but even with the windows closed, we could hear the noise. Such a pitty. Also, the access to the “ground floor” had some steps, tricky to get there with heavy luggage.

I loved how central Singular Joy was and the rooftop was my absolute favourite. You could spend all day just staring at the gorgeous view and the pool was awesome too. Everything was central and my room was cleaned almost every day

it was disappointing that the rooftop was not open from earlier in the morning so that you could see the sun rise. I got chased away from upstairs but luckily took my videos and photos before that happened. also, the room locks weren’t very sturdy so it sometimes didn’t feel as safe. there was 24 hour security which helped. the pool side bar could use an additional bartender but the lady was who worked on her own tried her best and she made great drinks

love the location of the place, the customer service was outstanding thank you so much for all the help front desk and the housekeeping staff was great.

the only thing I didn’t like was that I never could locked my room because the electronic system wasn’t working even though the security of the place was amazing everything was ok the whole time and nobody touch anything I appreciate the honesty of the staff.

The location was perfect! Close to 5th Ave, but far enough away, that there was no noise. Practically on the beach!

The bed was very hard, but our biggest problem was the hot water. When showering, the hot water would alternate with cold, so you had to time out your rinsing.

Hotel is nice and big. Room was clean and bed is comfy. Beautiful rooftop

Rooms could use a maintenance update, and there are stairs to reach the lobby so if you have luggage you will need to ask for help. Note that the beach right below is not a swimming area, need to walk a few minutes (not far) to the swimming area.

- Pool is incredible but can be busy during sunset. - Location is 10/10 for staying in PDC and exploring beacher/downtown/clubs/food - Good wifi - Staff is friendly - Accommodated early check-in

- Room was noisy at night because of night clubs - Room facilities need an upgrade; small touches like providing proper (big) beach towels can go a LONG way in improving the customer experience.
