Everything was basically great, great location (1 block from 5th Ave & 1 block from the beach) rooms were clean and comfortable (it’s like a small apartment, includes everything you need, refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, cups, silverware ect…)

Only thing I’d say I didn’t like was that the staff wasn’t really attentive, the day we arrived we were in the lobby along with another couple waiting for about half an hour for someone to come down to the lobby and help us check in

Great location close to all restaurants and bars but still quiet in the rooms at night. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Clean room with a large bed which got cleaned daily. Fast wifi. Ended up extending our booking. Had a great time :)

Free breakfast was not included as mentioned by booking.com??? It was frustrating as we booked the place due to the free breakfast but instead had to head out every morning and spend a minimum $20.00 AUD on breakfast. Not sure if this is at fault of booking.com or the accomodation but it was frustrating.

Great location near 5th avenue and the beach that has a great restaurant, Asi. Check in was a breeze. Rooftop pool and views are the main reason to stay here. Full size fridge, large TV, stove etc was nice if extended stay needed. Have stayed at these condos before, never a regret.

Can always check the room and walk to Walmart to get any essentials. only had an Expresso coffee pot. I got instant and was ok for 1 night.

Always nice people in the reception and they have the best location in Playa del Carmen. You have a walking distance to everything you need. The rooftop was really nice

The hot water was a bit on and off in the shower, and they could clean the rooms more often, but all in all not too bad.

Its definitely not ADA compatible. All of the pools are hard to get in and out of if you’re older, drinking or have injuries. no steps or ladders for any of them which really is a disaster waiting to happen. The step down is pretty steep and the pool design is crazy, it has 3 different levels which is so bizarre. it’s beautiful but the design was not thought out well.

Comfortable room, very clean. Location was great, new construction and nice rooftop to go for a drink or pool/jacuzzi

Slow check in, rooms were not clean at 3pm. A bit disorganized with the check in No people at the front desk when checked out. Safety box wasn’t working or didn’t have battery, nobody was able to help me out

Perfect location - very central. Very nice pool on the rooftop. Modern and clean room. Value for money!

Only a small window in the room. realised when you book “good deals” through booking, then you don’t get the best room (no views). The rooftop with pool is nice, but the furnitures are not very maintained. Holes in the fabric in the couches. The sun beds are not comfortable. It is very noisy from the night clubs; but that was not an issue for us since we don’t go to bed early and like to go clubbing as well.

Location is great! Room clean, AC working properly, water pressure perfect, hot water, clean towels, huge bed, did not hear noise from the clubs, great pools and rooftop, you can leave your luggage if needed, wifi works amazing in the whole building

Bathroom shower was moldy, it looked nasty, so I felt uncomfortable showering because there was green stuff around the water dispenser, so I felt I was showering with dirty water. No hair dryer or iron for clothing.

Super clean close to everything walking to ado bus station,bars down the street

The ac could been a little better, I was told they would change rooms but I decided not to my self which I regret but other than that,I would real stay there again.

Location was perfect, very close to the main strip but in down a more quiet street The rooftop pool/bar was the highlight - so beautiful during sunset (and reasonably priced drinks!)

The air-conditioning was turned on but didn't work very well, we were quite hot during the night
