We liked it so much we extended our stay from 4 nights to 11 nights! We had the one double bed option and the apartment was very big with a very well equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, water dispenser, big living area. A nice bathroom with a big shower area. The bedroom was also big with a very large very comfortable bed. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. It basically has everything you will need to live here! Very well located and very quiet despite being one street away from all the action. A very big thank you to Miriam all the guys in reception and the team there.... check in was very easy and you took care of everything we asked for.... thank you. Regina our cleaner also did an amazing job and the apartment was always very clean, new towels when we asked and a great service. If you want a beach there is a tiny one but 5 minutes in either direction there's 2 lovely massive beaches with powder sand. We found the negative comments about this place totally false and unjustified. For those complaining about the seaweed.... we travelled from Honduras to Belize to Playa Del Carmen and there's seaweed in the whole of Central America.... it's natural and no one's fault! For divers.... Phantom Divers are just round the corner and are excellent and there dive boats are on the beach at the apartments so minimal walking with gear! We will definitely stay here again.

The negative comments about this place are unjustified.

The property is beautiful. On the water. Room was huge. Literally on 5th Ave, so near shopping, dining and entertainment. Great location. Short walk to everything, including Mamitas Beach.

The property does not have a beach. Erosion has caused the beach to disappear. And you can’t swim in the ocean in front of the hotel because there are fishing boats.

We stayed in the penthouse. Vary spacious apartment with all amenities included. Roof top BBQ was great. Everyday fresh towels and good cleaning. Also location was very good. Special shout out to Pedro of PDC Tours located just around corner of the reception. He arranged all our 4 tours (Tulum, Chitzen Itza, CocoBongo and Xcarret) and customized them to our wishes (private transportation). And important, if we needed some advice, he was there to help out.

Everything was great, only one group of guests placed towels on sunbeds near swimming pool and did use them for hours. A recommendation is to have a clear sign or poolmaster to make clear this is not allowed and unfriendly for other guests. You need to be in swimming pool area to reserve a sunbed.

Well that’s a good question. The property is beautiful for sure and being beach front is awesome! Jose the manager and Patricia are incredible!! We had an issue with the first room so they upgraded us to a better room that made the stay even better!! Five star service from the management and the room personal do a great job cleaning the rooms as well! The property pool is nice but needs more room for people to lay out.

Well to be honest we were disappointed in the properties location for the beach as the beach is gone from what it was on other trips we have done here. So from the pictures in booking they show you the beach but it’s nothing like that so it’s misleading and there is no information about them losing the beach front. Not as many chairs so make sure to get done early to get your chairs before people from other properties come take it. Also the service from the beach people which is ran from the restaurant needs to learn proper service at a 5 star location. After my wife said something then they stepped it up. With that said we will be back and get the 3 bedroom upper floors with the roof top area!!

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient. Daily cleaning service was provided, keeping the space spotless throughout our stay. The location is absolutely perfect—a quick walk to the famed 5th Avenue with its abundance of restaurants, shops, cafes, spas, and more. It's close to everything you might want to explore in Playa del Carmen.

There were just a few minor quirks during our stay. One day, beach towels had run out, and during checkout, there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Additionally, at check-in, we were given wristbands to wear, which seemed unnecessary. However, these were minor inconveniences and did not detract from our overall excellent experience.

The hotel room was extremely spacious with a very comfortable bed and amazing shower and nice partial sea view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and the two pools were pretty and tranquil. The hotel design is very lush with jungle vibes and it was nice to be on the beach front.

Some of the room decor was a bit dated and the location while lovely to be on the beach front was very near to lots of loud tacky clubs (although we couldn't hear them too much from the room).

As the same hotel is on both sides of the street then you can visit two different pools. In our terrace we had private jacuzzi, nice to have as to get to the pools you have to go down the stairs (depends on which floor you are staying). Hotel does not have their own restaurant but there is one attached to it and visitors have easy access to it through beach. Pretty much everything you need is close enough to walk to and when you have rental then garage is also available (without extra cost)

The private jacuzzi that was not clean and although you have access to the beach it isn't much of a beach, lots of seaweed and you cannot swim there as there are boats.

The two bedroom ocean view was a perfect combination of rustic, lush, and modern. Having two bathrooms with a washer and dryer unit was excellent for a family of four. The flora at the facility is so beautiful and provided a cozy and comfortable vibe. The staff was friendly and not overbearing; they mostly stayed out of our way unless we needed them. We got massages on the beach and there was construction during the session. However, the massage therapist apologized and offered a discount for next time. Shopping and amazing music very close by in local restaurants and on the shopper's walk.

I wish there was more food on the property. Breakfast for all guests, regardless of pricing, would have been nice. It’s a small property with minimal activity, but it worked out just fine with two laid-back teenagers. Visitors should note that fishing boats are frequently docked there. However, we enjoyed talking to the fisherman and guests who arrived ashore with a fresh catch.

We loved it. A pity that the beach couldn’t be used but this was a problem throughout our stay in Mexico. Staff friendly, room extremely clean and cleaned fully upon request every single day. The condo is super comfortable, it has literally everything that you need. It made us extend the stay. No noise disturbance which is the case in a lot of other places. The swimming pool on the opposite side is super quiet and beautiful.

The beach seaweed was smelly at times and could be smelled inside the property especially with the AC off. We put it off and closed the door and that resolved the issue. Sun-beds where dirty throughout the stay, it’s a small thing to clean these

Great facilities. We had the penthouse suites which had a private rooftop with a spa, couches and BBQ facilities. Views and locations were amazing. Rooms are spacious and have a lounge and kitchen. Mostly, the staff were very friendly and helpful

There was an unpleasant smell outside coming from the beach. It was probably the seaweed, which the hotel can't do much about, but it made it difficult to be outside at times. One of the staff members was a bit rude when it came time to exchange wet pool towels for dry ones.
