The staff was fantastic! Quick and clear communication, friendly, and helpful. We booked the place without sleeping there (our flight left at night), so can’t speak about the beds. The staff allowed us to borrow some towels for our visit to the Xplor Xcaret park on daytime, which was exceptional and very nice of them. The room is decent, you don’t need more for that price. The location is great! Obviously close to lots of bars, but that’s a choice you make to avoid walking a lot, and just sleep with earplugs.

The shower head reeeeally needs to be replaced, all the holes were clogged lol. It was warm, but there was just one small stream so it took ages to rinse anything.

The hotel is in a very noisy area to say the least. You get boom boom boom heavy bass sound during the day from pubs and at night it is worse when the disco's open up till 3 am. This is not for people who like a quiet hotel. I can sleep with earplugs and I thought my ear plugs We're good but was wrong only blocked about 80% of the noise still got the heavy bass boom boom boom sound at night. I read a review that said lots of noise at weekends so I extended my stay after weekend to my disappointment because however wrote review must have a 7 day weekend.. Good hotel in wrong area.

A really fantastic, friendly hotel! The room was very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, great shower pressure with hot water, and a really decent sized balcony overlooking all of the lovely atmosphere outside! There was a big fridge/freezer in the room and adequate facilities to cook meals. The housekeeping staff were all fantastic, towels and linens were changed daily and the room remained clean. Shampoos/soaps/toilet rolls were also provided and topped up as needed. The pool isn’t the biggest but it’s still a great place to cool off. The front desk team are all very welcoming and genuinely lovely people. As it’s a fairly small hotel they know you by name and always wave as you walk past with big smiles and like to chat and get to know you, couldn’t fault them at all, a real credit to the hotel! It’s literally in the heart of all the action, with nightclubs, bars and restaurants around the corner, so of course it can be a little noisy at night, but it’s usually silent after 2am and I could sleep earlier with earplugs. I like to go out though so didn’t mind this at all, the location was perfect!! Just a few minutes walk from the ADO bus station as well so easy to travel around. There’s a 7/11 opposite which is open 24 hours a day, very handy! The beautiful beach is also just a few steps away, honestly, what more could you ask for in such a well priced hotel? I’m already planning my next holiday there!!

The noise at night could potentially be off putting to some, but they do have quieter rooms available as far as I know. the noise didn’t bother me though!

The location is perfect and felt really safe, it is close to the amazing beach and just a block away from the Main Street and it is also close to the main city park where we could eat traditional food from the locals. The staff was kind all the time and willing to provide any information, shout outs to Fer and Joze!!

It is close to a couple of party places, so the music is really loud, however, we came back really tired so we did not have problems sleeping.

The hotel is older but it has a great feel to it and it was very clean. The location is great and the staff was very helpful

We were warned about the nightclubs nearby and all warnings were absolutely correct - it was unbelievably noisy from about 9pm until anywhere between 2am and 4am. This would be a great location for anyone wanting to be part of the club scene

The property was really cheap for location

It was very loud but that was expected as we booked because of good price . We didn’t party but managed with earplugs reducing loudness and we slept fine. Little tip, if you not coming to party and like good rest make sure you stay active during the day, don’t nap during the day , and you will be tired to sleep at any noise 😅

Very good location, close to the sea. It's about a 7-minute walk from ADO station. The ferry terminal is about 9 minutes' walk away. The room was clean and had a small refrigerator. But there are no cups. Only a sheet, no blanket, no comforter. I found it very cold to sleep at night and asked the staff for another sheet. There are bars all around, so it is very noisy at night, almost until 2-3 am.

It would be nice if we could have two cups in the room.

I was in a noisy room, which was close to a loud , late music night club. A pair of ear plugs for this particular room would have solved this problem and maybe for those late-nighters, the hotel should include earplugs for sleeping.

The location is amazing, u have accessibility to malls, the best restaurants, and the best nightclubs at 1 min walking. The people is extremely kind, the room is clean is big enough, good price for value. I’ll come back. This place exceeded my expectations
