This mall boutique hotel has large rooms and more than enough space with the bonus of a workable kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The pool is on the small side but wasn't busy so just fine. The room and the premises were all kept very clean and the housekeeping staff was great. The plus and the minus of the property are the same thing. It is very close to the beach and the main street in Playa Del Carmen, which make it incredibly convenient and everything is walkable. At night there is a lot of noise from the partying on the street and the music from the nearby clubs. The property was upfront about this and di say is much less notable in the back of the property. We were in the front and from NYC so we braved it for the better view from the room. We were fine but others might find it too much and be better in the rear of the property.

The outside noise from nearby clubs is loud into the night, but the property can put you in the rear or request the rear when making your reservation and you will be fine.

The property was nice and quiet! The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any questions including restaurant recommendations. The room itself was very spacious and clean and had all of the necessary things for cooking. Also the rooftop pool was magnificent my husband and I had it all to ourselves and it was lovely with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The only thing with the property is that it’s very close to the nightlife but it’s to be expected in Playa del Carmen. We still slept great and it really was not a deal breaker.

The staff at the property are amazing, friendly, helpful the housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning the rooms and making sure you have everything you need. It was nicely located just off of fifth Ave close to the ocean and everything that you'd require. Short walk to get groceries.

Everything was great. The only thing was the clubs on the corner throw a lot of bass so it is loud at times in the evening you get used to it. But other than that it would have been perfect. I'm not a partier so that could be also a personal thing. If you were into the party scene, it's half a block to three clubs

It was convenient having a full size kitchen area for cooking. If we needed any late night snacks or drinks a 7 eleven store was across the street. The front desk booked us a taxi and gave a cost for whenever we needed transportation. Location of hotel was walking distance to many popular restaurants and shopping areas as well as the beach. Walk in shower and AC units were nice. Bikes were available if we wanted to explore town.

The only down side was there were no napkins or kitchen towels to use in the suite. The safe also didn't work even after the front desk replaced its battery.

The location is right off 5th avenue so you don't have a lot of noise, however there are two night clubs right down the street so depending on where your room was located the noise level would be a little higher. The pool was small so don't expect to do laps, but it's a great way to cool off and the views from the top of the hotel are great. Wonderful sunsets. The staff was really kind, helpful, always smiling. Felt like a family. I spent 15 days at this hotel. I had one of the largest rooms, Large king size bed, the other room had a single double bed. Both had their own bathrooms. the kitchen and family area was really nice. '

Because I had upgraded to the largest room I was on the first floor in the back. The benefits were I didn't hear the noise from the night club. The thing I really wanted was a balcony and I didn't get it because I was on the first floor. I was disappointed that I didn't have a view. I did check at the front desk, but they were booked. They have 20 rooms all two bedroom suites, mine was just larger. I did have some friends come, that is why I got the two bedroom. I would stay here again, I just wouldn't upgrade to the larger suite

The apartment was spotless, cleaned regularly and well positioned for all places of interest in Playa del Carmen, the bus station and the ferry terminal. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It is unfortunately a bit noisy at night because of its proximity to 5th Avenue.

Location is amazing. Price was great too. Big rooms and lots of space

The towels were very old and grey. Mattress was hard, pillows too cheap. Water pressure was very low. The kitchen pots and pans have been scratched to death and we couldn’t use something that is toxic at that point.

It's so close to town that it's very noisy at night the property is a little bit on the older side but was also very clean. If you want value for money this is it.
