The room was clean and daily cleaning was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The day desk attendant spoke English pretty well and was very helpful. The breakfast around the corner and up the next street (2 min. walk) was well worth the extra $10/person - all you care to eat with breakfast and lunch options (very reasonable cost for supper too). Our room included a safe, extra shelving, and was spacious. The hotel is pretty centrally located along the strip. The ADO bus station from Cancun and WalMart are 10 min. walk.

Our room needed updating. The hotel is 1/2 block off of Quinta Ave. and thereby receives a lot of the night-life noise. TV is only in Spanish. They didn't provide washcloths or towel racks. No outlets by the bathroom sink.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and near the long “famous” strip. The pool was small but after a long beach day nice to jump into. Our room was on the round floor, right next to the pool which was perfect as we like to have our own’ bought beer at night. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for oir clothes.

The shower was dirty. I ran my finger along the edge of the shower and it was completely full of dust. Furthermore, the sheet was covered with stains. We had not reported this because the other bed was fairly clean. But watch out for that. There was also some noise from the clubs near the hotel but we were able to sleep through that.

Nice hotel in the heart of La Quinta. Huge room with an awesome balcony right on the corner of La Quinta, behind a huge tree. Loved the location, walkable distance anywhere. Staff always friendly and smiling. There's a little pharmacy right next door. Simple decoration but very comfortable.

The ceiling fan didn't work, and there were no blankets, just bedsheets. Walls are thin, so you may hear the neighbors, but it wasn't too annoying. Can be loud sometimes as it's in the heart of it all.

Excellent location at the heart of playa del carmen. I was worried that we could rest because of the noise of 5th avenue, but I was wrong this is a gem hotel 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of 5th avenue and all its restaurants and tourist destinations. The rooms are very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but the price and location don't matter, there is a really good cafe just in front of the hotel. The hotel has a pool, but we don't use it because we prefer to walk to the beach. If you plan to have a lot of activities in playa and need a place to sleep this is the place, it is in a great location.

Room was good. Everything worked well. The AC had a little issue but got fixed in no time. Friendly and helpful staff 👍 Location is perfect. Close to literally everything to walk.

The lights could be warmer for the atmosphere.

It had a balcony to the Quinta Avenida but it wasn't close to all the noisy clubs. It's also a quick walk to the ADO bus station and beaches.

Some nights there was a lady singing decently but with a very high volume. She only stopped around 1am.

Fantastic hotel, located on 5th Avenue, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Close to many bars and restaurants. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good. The staff is very communicative and helped me a lot during my stay, they were very caring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during my stay. I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Playa Del Carmen.

I have never stayed on the "strip" before and it was very noisy at night, but that is to be expected.

My main complaint was trying to locate this hotel. The address was not specific enough, only stating it was on 5th Ave, not showing the cross street, which was Calle 16, a very long walk from bus station.
