Location, location! And the size of the room! The comfort to have a small kitchen in it!

The evening lady at the front desk was not nice and seem more worry about her phone than to bother and press the bottom to open the door to us, when we were coming back on hot day outside and try to open the door but was sweating a lot she seem upset about it, and said don’t forget that you have the key to open yourselves it! I might be busy so try to be used to it, but her tone of voice seem upset about it! She wasn’t nice and not friendly an all!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Suites Corazon and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — it's clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The location is prime — close to everything I needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the convenience of this spot is hard to beat. Cleanliness was another highlight of my stay. The room was spotless on arrival and was maintained beautifully throughout my stay, thanks to the attentive daily cleaning service. It’s always reassuring to return to a fresh, tidy space after a day out. And finally, the pricing was reasonable, especially given the quality of service and location. It’s a great value for your money and I would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Might get a bit loud on weekends. There's an adjacent nightclub that blasts the speakers until past midnight. It's not the Hotel's fault. Just a little compromise that you have to accept if you wish to stay in the heart of Playa.

The place is located right off of Quinta, but still very quiet. I’m a light sleeper but slept great here. Both the night staff and day time staff are beyond friendly and helpful, they all also speak really good English. The room is amazingly spacious and so is the bathroom. It is very thoughtfully equipped with plenty of power outlets, a huge smart TV, WiFi working great, and there are even lights in the closet. Mentioning this to show that they pay attention to the details here. The balcony is big enough to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sunset (if your room is out to the front). The rooftop pool area is nice for a day away from the trouble at the beach. Our room was on the third floor, there was an elevator that worked well and was fast. There is a 7eleven right across the street (24/7) and in the evenings you get the best Marquesitas (rolled crepe-like sweet dish) at the local food stall opposite the hotel. It was overall the best place we stayed in during our trip.

Very nice apartment! We had an apartment on the first floor which was pretty big with mini kitchenette. It's small but you can prepare there a breakfast or even simple dinner cause has what you need. But the staff is just great! First of all they're very nice sice you're in. And what's surprising- i left my tripod on the pool upstairs and I realised that when I was out for few days already. But because I was on Holbox and we were coming back to PDC after 4 weeks I called to hotel just in case they would found it. And yes, they didn't know who left that but kept for me for that time. I know it's only tripod but it was pretty good, brought from Europe, and since we stay in Mexico longer I will need it. So I really appreciate it!

All was great, just some noisy constructions next to hotel but it's not them fault.

The location was unmatched for this unit, close to everything on 5th ave and walkable to all restaurants and shops around. The room was very clean and they provided extra clean linens and towels when requested. This was a +

The room I had was on the ground floor, there was outside noise that could be heard occasionally from trucks doing work behind the room; you could hear everything and anyone coming in and out of the building as it is close to the stairway and elevator. The room also lucked on natural light. Ear plugs helped with this, but the Wifi was spotty and dropped occasionally. Good place though

Clean, spacious room with a Big TV. Elevator to get to the rooftop mini-pool area. Staff are OK-friendly. Not super outgoingly positive but far from rude or uninterested either. Great location. Big Soriana shop about 10 minute walk away, 5 minutes from the beach. 1 minute walk to the main walking street. No outside noise. Never had any issues with the hot water, air-conditioning, wifi or electricity. Daily house cleaning. Kitchenette has microwave, stove, small fridge and a few utensils.

Bed a bit hard. Spa Bath could have done with a bit of a spruce up. Deluxe Double Room is on the first floor so no view, and because of the walls there isn't a great deal of natural light.

I believe this is my #1 favorite to stay in PDC(value wise). Nice friendly staff, middle location, clean comfortable rooms, microwave, medium fridge, stovetop, good security, balcony, good ac and rooftop patio with a plunge pool. I'm worried I'll talk it up too much and find no rooms when I look. lol

Coffee pots not always in room or a working one anyway. But simply tell the front desk and they'll take care of that. Check in then go to store (Walmart, Mega close walk) to purchase needs for your time there.You can find fancier, but not at this cost after taxes, fees etc'.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is really akin to a boutique. Not a lot of foot traffic and very quiet. Loved the location of the hotel; one block from 5th Avenue (the main eating/shopping hub), two blocks from the beach. Restaurants are everywhere. My room was very clean, neat and quiet. The staff was nice and accommodating. I want to give a shout out to Miss Teresa, she really cleaned the room.

Nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed my stay.

The accommodation was of an excellent quality for such a great location and fair price. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The housekeeping services were excellent, the towel creations became a highlight of our trip.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at Suites Corazon to that point that I can think of no negatives, only nitpicks. We were provided with bottled water when we first checked it, it would've been nice if we were provided with more water afterwards.

Great location, very clean rooms with everything needed. Everything is fresh and renovated. We had a very comfortable stay all 6 days. Staff is friendly and helpful.
