First we read the reviews, they were not good. But we booked anyway because it was good for our budget and also very close to the 5th Avenue and some huge supermarkets. We did not get bothered by the loud music of the clubs. We only saw 1 breakfast but that is not a problem because we did our own groceries. You can get coffee and tea all day for free, that was amazing! Now about the personel: What some people write here is to me big nonsense. Every single working staff was very respectfull and helpfull all the time! Thank you all! I was travelling with my 20 years old girl and we felt very safe and cared for all the time. Nothing could have been better in our eyes.

This place has so much personality and the staff make it even better. It's like a little, funky jungle oasis just a 2 blocks (less than 5 minutes walk) from 5th Ave and the beach. They have a different breakfast each day and coffee and herbal tea available all the time. We love Cinthia, the manager (and massuse!), she just generates positivity. The good feelings between the guests and staff make it easy to overlook any small knackered bits about the hotel. Every day after walking for hours, we came back to the hotel and sat with our feet in the cool, shaded pool. All the guests chat to each other. We were blown away by the value for money and good expereince here. One tip: request an upstairs room, they seem to have been remodeled more recently with cute mexican tile in the bathrooms and have shaded balcony areas that are nice, private, and lush with greenery.

Some furniture is a bit tired, but the price is so low, you can't fault them! However, they are always cleaning, planting, skimming the pool, people are always working here, so they make the best with what they have! They were freshening up the paint around the pool and garden on the day we left :-)

Walking distance to 5th Ave and beach but far enough from the noise. The facility is well maintained but don't expect it to be like a 5 star hotel. They offer free breakfast and free marquesitas at night. The staff are friendly and I felt safe walking around the area even late at night. They have free massage as well but I was told they're only doing it on Mondays.

The bed is hard but it's not a big deal for me. What bothered me was the shower...I'm not sure if its the water pressure or the shower head just need to be replaced. Also, you have to use the key to lock your door from the inside which can be a little time consuming...i dont know if that was just our room or all the rooms. Lighting is not good and the ceiling fan wiggles.

The room has a cute little patio in front of it, and the bed was very large. The breakfast of fruit, yogurt and tea was nice in the morning. The staff was nice enough to arrange a room on the first floor for me because my luggage was heavy, so I didn't have to take it up the stairs.

There were some large roaches in the bathroom, but only at night when you turned on the light.

Quiet location close to everything. Pleasant staff. Free breakfast sometimes includes eggs. Free tee and coffee all day. Pool decoration is very nice and in general the place is very relaxing. Great price for what you get. The beds are comfortable, and the sleep was good. Also, there is a free 15-minute massage included!

There was a smell of mold in the first room. After I charged the room, it was much better, no smell, but the Mosquito net in the bathroom was torn a bit, so I think I had a couple of them because of that.

The bed was HUGE and the A/C was amazing after a day in the heat! Cleaner came in the room every day which was nice. Great location not far off the main strip in town. Free herbal teas and coffee 24/7 is a nice touch too.

There was a bit of drama over the lack of mugs (not from us) but they did get it sorted pretty quick. The breakfast was very basic.

This was a smaller hotel very close to beach and night ,it also had a oxxo and 7 /11 on the same block and every kind of restaurant within walking distance. The Hotel staff was very friendly and help me with any thing from getting a cab or helping you book excursions they treated me and my friend as we family. This is 3.5 rated hotel that staff make you fell like its 5 star with out all the amenities the come from a 5 star hotel and well recommend this hotel to any one thhat does not require all that comes with a 5 star hotel.

The thing i did not like is the water pressure and temp in rooms varied my hot water never got real hot in my room, i never turned on cold in shower unless i wanted a cold shower and my friends room he said was very hot and he could not get a good mix of cold and the pressure in both was ok but not great.

The staff was amazing and really accommodating. we booked a quadruple room with 3 beds and unfortunately we have had only two double beds but the staff gave us an other room so that was super gentle and for the same price. thanks

bathroom weren’t really clean

Good location, perfect for the price you pay. You get simple breakfast, but it's enough for this price. Garden is beautiful. Facilities a bit outworn, but everything is clean. Location is central, but quiet.
