Excellent proximity to 5th Avenue and the playa, many restaurants within walking distance. Big comfortable bed, spacious room with even a sun room, free parking (subject to availability) right at the door step, easy check in from 3pm. We really enjoyed our stay at Playa del Carmen!

Room was on the second floor without a lift but we knew this beforehand. The pool water was colder than the sea temperature. Nothing was bad really!

The room was big and the balcony was a good bonus. It’s in a good location and had a daily cleaning service. We didn’t use the pool area, but it seemed nice.

The place is very basic and I missed some soul or personality. We got an offer of the room, wouldn’t pay the original price for this but with discount it was fine. Wish they had free water in every floor and not just in the lobby.

I always read the reviews of the places I stay and i seriously dont understand how this hotel has a 7 rating.The location is unbeatable..literally one street away from 5th avenue,you have an oxxo behind the hotel..5min walk from lovely evening steetfood near MEGA..Rooms are MASSIVE and so clean(they clean the rooms every day) and very comfortable.I stayed there 11 nights and if i return to playa del carmen i would stay there again.

The only thing i can complain about is the terrace door wouldnt lock properly and neither did the window but no one would climb it anyway.Pool is always in the shade too if you like relaxing at the pool.Wasnt a problem for me though
