Rosset at the front desk was amazing - so kind and helpful. All staff very friendly and accommodating. 🥰 The rooms were very nice and clean. Photos are an actual representation of the rooms and all facilities indoors and out. Tons of very hot water in the shower and at the sink. I never ran out. Yay! Nice mini split for cooling the room. Pool, Lounge chairs and seating area up top very comfy and great views.

Elevator did not work and I was there for two weeks. Although not a problem for me, it would definitely be inconvenient and impossible for some guests to stay since the first floor of guests room are on the second floor. There is no coffee maker or drinking water provided in the guest rooms. However, there is a fabulous coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby.

Great accomodation. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The minbar was handy and reasonably priced. The room cleaned daily which is nice. We liked the quieter area away from the busy tourist part of town. The rooftop area is outstanding. Lots of comfortable lounges with shade. Nice pool. The staff were helpful and friendly. The free coffee and pastries in the morning also good. Would recommend if you don’t want to be in the midst of the loud tourist area. Note. If you are coming via ADO bus (as we were) the taxis around 5th Avenue are ridiculously overpriced and there is no Uber in PDC. We ended up walking to the hotel as we were so angry with the taxi drivers. The hotel organised a taxi for us to go back to the bus station which cost 130 pesos

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also like the Jura coffee machine with milk frother in the Lobby and nice seating area. We had a very good couple massage for a good price. The location is convenient very close to 5th Avenue on the north side which I prefer.

A lot of construction noise and no double glaze windows. The roof top was good, but missing some TLC and many pool tiles were broken. Otherwise it could be a great spot. Barking dogs

Huge comfy bed, great shower, nice little balcony. Coffee machine in the lobby was a nice bonus. Friendly staff at the front desk. Location is away from the main hussle and bustle and allowed us to see a slightly more authentic part of town. Lovely rooftop pool area.

No complaints other than it’s a little more modern and therefore less characteristic than places I’d normally choose to stay. It doesn’t give the feel you’re in true mexico

I booked a room at 23:00 and 20 minutes later, upon my arrival, I was able to check in. Hotel staff is welcoming, professional and friendly. The room was cool and prepared for a comfortable stay. After my check out, I was able to use the pool, which was so nice during the pick of heat. There is also a nice Mexican place in the corner. Highly recommended!

I stayed for one night and this was a right fit for my needs, no issues or concerns. (Just a recommendation be mindful of the toilet paper and throw it in the trash can, not the toilet, even in a hotel.)

Location was great and staff was extremely attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed having daily access to the Martina Beach Club! I was walking distance to delicious food options from vegan friendly for me to meat friendly for the person I was with. There was a great selection of fresh fruit directly across the street; the little market also offered snacks, drinks and other small items. I found the PERFECT stand with the best fresh coconut water less than 3 blocks away. The location is only blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy attractions while not being right in the middle of it. This was nice after long days of being surrounded by people and noise. Close enough to get to it, but far enough away to disengage. Oh and if walking is not an issue for you, the local beach is also an option; it may be about 15 - 20 mins depending on your pace.

The place is very simple, but clean and comfortable. The roof is cute and has a medium size pool with a view of the ocean. They also have a great coffee machine in the lobby.

The elevator didn't work, but the hotel contacted us in advance to let us know so we could have cancelled the reservation, we chose not to do so.

This hotel looked exactly like the pictures. It was an easy enough distance from the beach, food places, and little stores to get snacks. It’s also a nice distance away from hustle and bustle of 5th ave. so it was pretty quiet at night, except for the neighborhood dogs barking in the middle of the night. The staff has a neat way of communicating with their guests; there’s a QR code in the room to chat with the front desk if you need anything. They’re really prompt with your requests.

Beds were too firm for my liking and the air conditioner wasn’t strong enough.

New building, new design, staffs are perfect. Elevator is working. :) I like this place.

The hotel is so far from the center. You can walk from the hotel to the center in 30 minutes. If you have a car or motobike, no problem.Dog barking is annoying at night

Very clean, with great facilities. Lovely rooms. Situated near playa 72 beach which was 10 mins walk, and you can walk onto 5th avenue within a few minutes - but this is a while away from the busy central fifth avenue area. We actually preferred this as it was quieter and the shops and bars and restaurants were still good nearby and a bit cheaper than on the main strip. I highly recommend the food at Sonos Crisol less than 5 mins walk away.
