A nice hotel near the center, there is a straight street that goes to the center and it's easy to walk, full of shops and restaurants. The place is safe, we stayed as late as 11-12 at night all good. Near there's a great place for breakfast Olla cafe, very good olla cafe and good Mexican breakfast, loved to chat every morning with the ppl there, they are very kind and lovely. The breakfast at the hotel was pricier and had only 3 options, but good, my friends had it. Good place to stay comfy bed, clean and not noisy in the evenings, did hear some music but I had earplugs and it wasn't bad. Good spaceous room, also with humidity but in Tulum was the same. Nice lovely pool and place to hang on the top of the building, too bad it closes at 18 at least in January. We had a lot of rain so next time I will avoid January. We had a car and there were convenient places to park in front of the hotel. Also we aware of the scams in Playa for example we booked a food tour from get your guide , it was really disappointing and expensive, also we went to cozumel and they scammed us by renting a car (100 dollars) because they said we cannot walk around, which was a lie. So be aware that they have prices for white ppl, especially Americans, and they will rob you like crazy, make sure u know what u want and what the prices should be. Another tip..is to buy souvenirs from the big shops like malls, they charge u like crazy in playa 10 dollars for a magnet 🤣 and we aware of the taxis, we rented a car and it was very good 👍 also check out the beach near to the hotel it's much better less crowds and more peace, on the ones near the center it's a lot of noise and ppl were stayed near each other so if u want something more peaceful go there. Enjoy

Humidity in the rooms but there's big humidity everywhere so it is what it is

Nice breakfast. Nice pool. Welcoming stuff. Great location. It's close to the fifth avenue, but surprisingly quiet. Great combination of price and quality.

Staff was very attentive to all my needs. Hotel located in quiet section of the main tourist section of avenida 5. Hotel clean and relatively quiet during the morning hours. Breakfast was good, and room amenities were adequate. The room A/C is great!!

The room should have light switches on each side of the bed as well as an electrical outlet. Only one side of the bed had an electrical outlet. The Wi-Fi was weak a few times in the room on the 2nd floor. I believe the the T.V. could be a bit larger, at least a 42 inch for the size of the room. The room didn't have a small refrigerator but not too big of a deal.

Room very nice, aircon wonderful, always cleaned well, staff very polite, helpful and knowledgable and always there to assist when needed. Pool area nice and clean. Hotel nice and quiet for the most part.

Breakfast could have been better. Fruit normally hot. Limited amount available. Bar that everything else was great. Location slightly outside of the nightlife but thats not a bad thing!

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop terrace and pool were nice spaces to use as well. It is an easy walk to get to to the beach access at calle 44 or 72, where the wider and quieter part of the public beach is. We ended up getting there at 1am for checkin and it was not a problem as reception was staffed at that time.

The balcony door does not keep any street noise out, so expect the usual traffic noise and barking dogs at night. That being said, this is a quieter part of Playa del Carmen than most, and we liked being based there. A minifridge to keep drinks cold would be a good addition.

The breakfast was limited options. I think they could add a drink bar, fruit bar, cereal bar yogurts? Other options people might want to get quick and easy. You have to sit down and order which is ok but only one plate per person. I think that should be specified when being booked. Also there was no hot water. Too many rooms and people showering at one time. Gotta wake up early or take one late at night.

The room was wonderful. It's spacious and with a very comfortable bed. It's very simple but practical, which is great. Also, to us, it was a good location as it's right on the 5a avenida but still removed from all the noise and razzle-dazzle of the shops and bars.

When staying in Playa, many people take the tours offered to go to Tulum or Yucatán area. For these tours you have to leave the Hotel at 7. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 7 and the kitchen staff is not very accommodating in this aspect. To me, they should try to offer at least a to-go sandwich or some sort of to-go breakfast option between 6.30 and 7am (similar to what you see in the states) to accommodate their guests better. We paid for Breakfast at the hotel and unfortunately had to skip 1 day; otherwise we would've missed the pickup for our tour.

Nice place close to the main party/shopping street. Nice rooftop pool. Nice staff, clean rooms with balcony. Inner part of the building was green and full od plants - it was pretty.

Wifi was really weak, light in the "bathroom"(sink corner) wasn’t bright enough and the view from the pool was on the abbandoned old building.

The location was good a little ways from the main part of 5 ave but close enough to have easy access..also the beach is 2 or 3 blocks away. The staff was excellent very helpful and always said hello with a smile.

Even though the building is new..it looks rough, it looks unfinish...the bathroom could have more hooks to hang towels and clothes.
