Very kind staff. Very close to the sea.Far from the noise of the center ( a few minutes walk), so you can sleep at night; In the previous days we had a much more expensive hotel in the center and we didn't sleep for two days due to the music and noise from the streets. The rooms are very large and nice, with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine (Americano unfortunately. However, under the hotel, in front of the entrance to the beach, there is a bar that makes the best coffee found in Mexico). The value for money of this hotel is fantastic, especially for the rooms with the balcony which are nicer.

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel, although there are many open spaces. I noticed that many hotels have this rule, but for those who smoke it is very uncomfortable to go to the street every time. They could put a smoking area

Very bright King suite with a very nice view! Beautiful sunrises and birds singing right in front. Quiet with a perfect breeze :-) Room is pretty new/updated and very clean! Bedding is extremely comfy. Right across (5 min walk) to a beautiful quiet and wilder beach away from the crowd.

Common areas are getting older. Warning for older people or people with disabilities: no elevator.

Close to the beach (about 5 min walking), free public parking, friendly English speaking staff, cooler with cold and hot drinking water, kitchen corner with coffee maker, microwave, mixer and all necessary dish.

A bit weak internet and a bit far from center (about 50 min walking distance) and most amenities.

The Staff were like angels including the beautiful mayan cleaner, the establishment has a really special tranquil zen feel, rooms a large and spacious with large full frontal opening doors leading to patio/ balcony. The owners Brother is so kind and helpful, this is a place to stay if you want to grow.

Inexpensive hotel, close to the beach and restaurants. Evening security on site at property. I felt very safe.

The spiral staircase isn’t for anyone with physical disabilities.

The staff was friendly and responsive. I had an issue with the shower upon arrival and they worked to fix it right away. They also provided lots of fresh potable water.

I liked everything about the property, although the courtyard could use some sprucing up.

The room was spacious, very clean and had all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay, fridge, smart TV with a variety of channels, coffee maker, blender, microwave, air conditioning etc It was facing 5th ave and the balcony was nice and welcoming. Pretty quiet as it's far from party area on 5th ave. The swimming pool on the roof top has a wonderful view of the sea and the trees across jungle like, multiple birds, iguanas, butterflies and beach is just at 5 minutes walk. Super relaxing. Roberto, Bella and the other guy ( sorry I cant remember name ) were very professional and kind! Roberto fixed our lock in the room and always with a smile on his face made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you Roberto!! Thank you Bella!

One of the reasons we chose the place is because the wifi was included, unfortunately wifi was not working for a couple of days, as covid happens more people do remote work, my son is one of them, he couldn't do his work for 2 days loosing a good amount of money. We talked to the manager and the problem unfortunately was not resolved. Hopefully is fix now and other guests can enjoy it.

Nice room, balcony, many birds to see, interesting location just north of tourist area, near local cafes, friendly, safe, close to beach,.

Small, shallow pool, no shade, some dogs running loose, sometimes too much barking, dog owners don't pick up their litter. But many locals do make an effort to keep the area clean.

Very helpful staff, the beach "playa 72" is within a few minutes walk. Restaurants, cafes and mini markets are within 5 minutes walking distance. (Visit Rocoto & Limon! )

The noisy door, but that's partly the guests fault.

I liked the location - more of a neighborhood and less hubbub. My ground floor room was simple but very clean and had everything I needed.

Not well marked, some uncertainty about how to buzz in.
