The place looked just like the pictures! It was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. One of us took some work meetings one day and had no issues the wifi. The location was in a nice quiet area, about a 15 min walk to the main area of Playa Del Carmen. The staff was very nice, there was always someone at the front desk, and we had no issues storing our luggage before and after our stay.

The host didn't provide the code for the key lockbox initially, probably by accident. I had to ask the person at the front desk to help, who then had to call the host to let me speak to them, but it was resolved quickly. Also, another thing to note as that the people at the front desk only spoke Spanish, but it was not an issue as I was able to communicate what I needed and used a translator app when necessary.

The staff and building were fantastic and met all of our expectations. The rooftop pool is the best feature. Great location. It is a short walk to grocery stores, La Quinta, and the beach.

There is a high rise building under construction directly across the street from the room we stayed in (Room 301). There was pounding going on from sun up to sundown every day. We had to keep the glass door closed because of the noise. We could not enjoy the porch at all. However, this noise could not be heard from the rooftop pool, so we spent a lot of time there.

Really excellent stay! The apartment was large, well-equipped and clean and we loved using the rooftop pool and gym area. Host was friendly and helpful. I'd 100% recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was super clean, the pool and gym facilities were well maintained and the location is perfect for accessing the centre. The landlord responded quickly to our questions and was super helpful.

The Netflix account was a bit of a faff to set up. We would advise an oven glove for the mini oven and unfortunately the lift was out of order at the time of our visit.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location as well because was close enough to the beaches and the 5 avenida but not in middle of the chaos

the apartment was exceptional. we had all the facilities (cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, including oil, some spices for cooking). in the apartment there is also an electric oven but also a microwave. I also had towels for both the bathroom and the beach. the terrace of the apartment was huge, with chairs and a table. the surface of the apartment was enough to organize a party with 6-8 people. I especially liked the swimming pool on the 5th floor, the free private parking and the fact that the building had an elevator. For the staff I have only words of praise, they gave me prompt answers and were always well-intentioned. We were glad we made this choice for our stay in Playa del Carmen.

Location was very central to many things. The staff were awesome and responsive. The pool area was nice.

The noise from traffic started early in the morning. We had to buy toilet paper. The air conditioner blew onto the bed and the temperature seemed to always be cold no matter where we set the temperature.
