I could have given a maximum rating for my one night stay but I had a problem with check in which made me waste an hour, a lower rating will be written. -The modern structure, with a small but welcoming swimming pool on the roof. -The apartment is very large, modern and well served with everything needed for a short stay. -I was able to cook without any problems, a very well equipped and functional kitchen. -Bathtub in the bathroom very pleasant. -The area is very safe and quiet. -Presence of underground parking (I did not use this).

-The building is very modern and to access the house you need a numeric code which should be provided by the administration before arrival. Unfortunately, despite having filled out everything I needed online, I never received any code and once I arrived at the building I managed to get in touch with a member of staff thanks to the help of the very kind cleaning girl. After an hour of waiting, with various exchanges of messages and not having understood what the problem was, the code was sent to me and I was able to access the house. If it hadn't been for this inconvenience my stay here would have been perfect.

Nice spacious apartment, coffee machine and basic kitchen utensils available. Towels were missing when we arrived but the host responded fast and provided towels within an hour. Location is not fantastic but good and the area seems to be safe. The bathtub is a highlight. Nothing of the hotel but the alfajores in the small bakery in the entrance to the the complex are amazing.

The whole area has constructions around which are a bit noisy. apartment is a bit darkish, the hot water did not get really hot, especially for the bathtub. The bathroom door opens into the narrow bathroom which is a bit unfortunate planning. When asking for a iron, the host didn't respond properly - but did respond fast.

Spacious (3 toilets and 2 showers), clean, safe (guarfed area), close to dowtown without the noise.

Never got the hot water working, despite instructions to let water run for 4-5min. Also experienced unannounced water outtake for 12hrs (10pm to 10am). Manager does not answer calls, may be issues with English. All communication via booking.com messages. Pool was not too clean, and had only 3 sunbeds (worked out, but should have more). Sofa(bed) and chairs in dining area are really uncomfortable.

Super great location and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and Quinta avenida. The space was great for our little family, with enough cooking utensils to make our breakfast and snacks for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the rooftop pool was great!

- just to let others know the neighbours on the level 5 above the apartment were SO noisy. Even at 11pm at night dragging furniture around. It made it hard to get to sleep. -I would also recommend a dish drying rack for the dishes because it was uncomfortable to wash a dry when we would cook. Also somewhere to hang and dry clothes. Other than that a fantastic stay!

Beds were very comfortable. Location was great.close to everything. Easy access and instructions very clear on arrival. Pool very clean..The elevator was useful as member had limited walking ability. Would definitely stay again.

The lounging chairs by the pool in very bad shape. Only three which is not enough for the guests staying there. Only two glasses in the cupboard for a possible 4 people staying in the 2 bedroom suite. I suggested a blender would be a good addition to the kitchen.

The apartment is very big and comfortable. You have everything you need inside. The location is perfect. 10/15 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes from a supermarket. It is nice that it is close to the 5th avenue but not too much because the area is very quiet.

The cleaning could be better

The flat was lovely and the closet where we could unpack and get our luggage out of the way was perfect. The rooftop pool was amazing and I definetly would recommend staying there with a group of friends to be able to enjoy that pool and barbecue area.

The only issue we had is that the elevator was broken for most of the time we stayed there, we were lucky we were staying on the second floor, but it was a problem getting to the rooftop multiple times.

Very comfortable bed, great bathroom

The kitchen was missing some appliances for example no bottle opener or bowls. For a full kitchen, there was a limited supply of dishes.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Toh House! The apartment's location made it easy to explore the Quinta ave and enjoy the beautiful Mamitas beach. Close to the aparment you can find great restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Arturo and Lizzie were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect, helping us getting around town and recommending places to eat. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable getaway. We can't wait to return!

wonderful apartment in good and safe location. it overexcited our expectations. few construction are still ongoing and then it will be even more beautiful. host is super friendly and helpful.

small feedback: we like to have a personal space where there are not every day housekeeping. however trash bins could have been quickly emptied every other day, especially in the bathroom.
