I had an issue on the day before I was leaving at this hotel. Housekeeping came into my bathroom and removed all the towels, leaving me completely without any. This was very inconvenient. While the stay was otherwise good, this oversight was disappointing.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to a lot of places for example Xcaret, 5th street and it was even in between Cancun and Tulum so you have the ability to take day trips to both places.

I feel like the rooms could have been cleaned a little more and the rooms smelled had a smell like the stuff inside was damp.

Nice solid hotel. Clean rooms with ac. No fridge or watercooker. Icemachine was down the hall. Friendly staff. Nice warm pool. Location outside centre. Transport in hand is convenient. The breakfast buffet is complete, with more Mexican options like rice, beans, tortillas. Besides that, they also had omelette, fresh fruit and pancakes. In all good value for money.

The main stairwell had a loose armrest, it wasn't fixed during my stay. This is unsafe.

The cleanliness of the facility was always a priority. Had outdoor restroom and shower. Towels were available upon service and even bikes for in town travel. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the atmosphere there . I'm definitely coming back again .

Excellent location, just 15 min from ferry to Cozumel, 5 min by car to 5th Ave (center), and in main road to go either tulum, cancun, or any beach/cenotes. Good price/quality.

They only accept pay in property, and at the moment of my arrival didn’t accept 100usd bills. There was a huge difference between the reserv price and amount at property (around 70 usd). Fortunately when paying in MX$, the dif was 40usd so I recommend go to bank, exchange and pay.

Comfortable and clean, excellent bed no back pain in the morning, room needs some maintenance but was OK, thank you for reading my previous review and putting more water and coffee in my room

The staff are accommodating and helpful. I am beyond amazed about their cleanliness. The free breakfast is worth to get up early for.

Our room actually has a leak by the ceiling probably from the AC. We did not bother to complain since it was not leaking by the bed. The hotel building is probably old and definitely in need of more maintenance. We actually had to switch rooms because during our first night the AC was not working. The staff made an action to it right away, so when we moved to a room that has leak we did not bother to complain.

the staff and the way they always help you is amazing , also the hotel is very clean , the bed is very comfy , the breakfast is very good and the kitchen , the reception the cleaning and all the employees in the Wyndham are a 5 stars employees , Thank you for your kindness with the medical emergency with my 92 year old mom , thanks to you she still here with us love this hotel , we will comeback ❤️❤️❤️

The breakfast was fine for me because I was ok with the Mexican options. My wife is on a restricted diet so pancakes and scrambled eggs got a bit repetitive for her. The staff were excellent specially Emmanuel.

Room cleaning was a bit haphazard to coordinate.

The cleanest room, bathroom, I been to. Staff friendly and ready to help you. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, toiletries. Breakfast buffet were great, plenty of variety and tasty.
