The staff is so polite fun and courteous. The hotel is gorgeous, very clean and bright with beautiful plants everywhere. The rooftop pool is awesome and the view of the sun rise and Sunsets are unforgettable. Great water pressure _ hot water and mini fridge. Best stay in Puerto for the value. Very friendly staff, they allowed us to check in earlier, beautiful decor with lots of plants, well equipped kitchen for common use, clean and inviting.

There was a dog barking somewhere close by at night; a window opening onto the hallway so basically useless unless you don’t mind people passing by starring at you.

No breakfast need to bring your own to cook on a hot plate coffee was available no charge I liked the cleanness and free bicycle to beaches

A little closer to main rd nice walk about 10-15 mins to main highway close to Bus stop for van from Puerto Morelos to Cancun by van 30 pesos about 2 cad dollars

Our stay at Las Palmas was great! The room was quite big and super super clean and the place is so cutely decorated with loads of plants. Rooftop patio is also a bonus and you can watch the sunset from up there. You can walk to loads of restaurants in the area and the beach is about a 15 min bike ride. You can rent bikes at the place too which is handy. It’s definitely cheaper staying in this area compared to the beachfront and you most definitely get a more local feel.

Can sometimes be a bit loud at night with dinner parties and music but this tends to end early anyways around 10pm and it didn’t happen every night.

we are very pleased with the hotel. the building has a very atmospheric design, the only thing we didn't like was a parrot trapped in a small cage :( the room had everything it should have, a comfortable large bed, nice bedding, air conditioning, a fan and a fridge. the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly when we got wet clothes and asked for drying, it was arranged in a few hours with the delivery of dry clothes to the room :) at the reception there is a bicycle rental included in the price of the accommodation. In addition, on the roof of the hotel there is a wonderfully decorated roof - tables, flowers and a small pool / large tub. The hotel is in a quiet area, unfortunately quite far from the beach, but easily accessible by bike.

We loved the attentiveness of the staff, especially Anna, who was very helpful and endeared herself to us. We liked the fact that you can use their well-maintained bikes for free. The extra touch of free water and coke was welcoming on a hot day. We really loved their rooftop!

Loved the fact we were able to use the bikes and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff was fantastic.

the property was in a great location in the quieter side of Puerto Morelos but only a few minutes walk to plenty of restaurants and a 10 min walk to the big supermarket. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the shared kitchen had everything we needed. there is a fantastic roof top area complete with sun loungers if you didn’t want to be at the beach all day. the property also had free bikes available.

the only thing that was really lacking for me was that there was no hairdryer (but I knew about that in advance). would also have been nice to have a couple of chairs/stools on our balcony but overall, no complaints.
