Very clean. Really good location. Excellent roof terrace. Extremely good value for money. Large room. Some staff really helpful and pleasant - Beimar in particular.

Internal noise is not absorbed due to property design. Poor value for money breakfast. Lack of hooks/drying space which could easily be resolved. Lack of foot towels when leaving the shower - potentially dangerous! Unexpected demand for extra money at end of stay for towel marks that apparently couldn’t be cleaned. Unreasonable amount charged and no early warning when this was identified at least one day before we left. Ironically we were short of towels on several days even though we consistently hung our towels to dry. Overcharging for all add one - airport transfer, bikes, breakfast etc.

friendly staff, hotel looks new and very clean, room and bright and comfortable. I would definitely return

they're isn't much park available and the parking is in front of the hotel, by the street we managed to get the last spot, but I thing it might be hard to find if hotel was more crocrowded. breakfast is served as a single plate we choose from the menu, I prefer the buffet style, where you have more options to choose what you want. it was good though, but it would be good to have this information available while booking.

The staff is incredible. The room was spacious and I liked having my own sun deck and plunge pool.

The room is too dark, greenery should be cut back to let in light. Better bedside lights and overhead would also help. Painting the dark dark wood inside would modernize the look.

It had a nice outside space with a pool . Our room had a balcony overlooking the garden area. The staff were very helpful and offered us an upgrade when the noise from the private jacuzzi was impinging on our peace.

The breakfast and drinks at the bar were very expensive but the room had its own coffee maker and fridge which helped to compensate for this. Our room was under a suite with a private jacuzzi and the guests had left it running all day . The noise was really annoying. The hotel offered us a better room which was quiet. Don’t book room 105! The staff were very nice and helpful. It is located at the outskirts of Tulum a bit far away from the centre so we had to get cabs .

Overall, it's a great hotel, with a really good value. I've read several conflicting reviews about the room, so I'll give my opinion. They took a big risk by opting for a more modern layout, integrating the sink countertop into the bedroom and separating the bathroom from the shower stall. But we liked it, and it never caused any inconvenience. The room has a minibar and a coffeemaker, and they replenish coffee and water daily. There's also water at reception, and you can refill your own bottles. The entire hotel is modern and new, including the facilities, not just the rooms. Cleanliness is top-notch in all areas. The pool is very good, a sufficient size for the size of the hotel. In addition to the pool, which has a bar open until late, they have a rooftop bar (open Thursday through Sunday) and four jacuzzis, as well as hammocks and lounge chairs. Breakfast was sufficient for the four of us; each of us could choose from a continental or American breakfast, eggs, and Mexican chilaquiles. If you're traveling with your family, you can mix and match orders so everyone can have a little of everything. Coffee and milk are refillable. If you don't have enough, you can order other options (which are not included in the price). We received excellent service at the bar from Rodrigo. The prices could be more generous, but it's a boutique hotel bar, so you can't expect anything different. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. There's even a large supermarket just a block away, so you can buy some supplies for your room.

The beds are small, and that's a fact. And given the room's layout and architecture, it'll be difficult to change that. The room is new and beautiful, but the double beds could have been bigger. The air conditioning was powerful and there was no way to adjust it to a softer setting, so combined with the size of the beds, the nights weren't very comfortable. (On the other hand, I didn't complain about the air conditioning at reception or ask for help adjusting it; perhaps that would have solved the problem). It wasn't a problem, but travelers who sleep lightly or need more space may feel uncomfortable, especially if they stay for several nights. That doesn't stop me from giving the hotel a 10.

Location is quite good & the hotel is really nice. The 4 little pools on the rooftop are really nice for a little intimacy

The hotel is still new so we had some problems : lights of the fan turning on all by itself during the night. The isolation is very poor (we could ear loudly the waterflash of the neighbour)

Prana Boutique Hotel in Tulum offers a mixed experience with several notable strengths and a few areas needing improvement. Room and Amenities: The rooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The hotel's garden is exceptionally beautiful, arguably one of the finest in the Yucatán region. The main pool is satisfactory; however, the private pool adjacent to our room was infrequently cleaned, leading us to avoid using it. The bathroom is generously sized, and the in-room kitchen is well-equipped for a hotel setting. Dining Experience: Breakfasts are delicious, with coffee that stands out as some of the best among Yucatán hotels. The staff at the reception is helpful and friendly. The hotel provides parking spaces in front and ensures assistance in finding a spot for your vehicle. Areas for Improvement: Service during breakfast is notably slow. The room lacks adequate lighting, making it quite dark and challenging to locate personal items. Our private terrace was situated next to a multi-story building with rooms whose large windows overlooked the terrace, compromising privacy and making sunbathing in a tranquil setting difficult. Conversely, occupants of the adjacent building had their bedrooms exposed due to the sizable windows.

The property matched the listing. The staff was very helpful. The ambiance is very nice. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the breakfast service was excellent. There is 24/7 reception and they closed the entrance at night which felt very secure.

We had a group and a few of the rooms had issues with hot water/plumbing. One of the showers didn't have hot water and the other one flooded but the hotel staff was very helpful to get these issues fixed/get guests moved.

Such a gorgeous place! Loved the garden, so much green! Pools were also really nice, and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop. Also very clean and I loved my room, shower was amazing! The location is also very good, close to both the center and the beaches. Bike rentals close by. Close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was also good, not the best but really don’t understand why so many ppl have given it such bad reviews.

Nothing really. A bit loud from the traffic early morning where my room was, but so worth it for this place.

Room was lovely with a large bed and very nice balcony. There were lots of trees planted so it felt very tranquil and secluded. The surrounding area was great with a few little restaurants around and some nightlife - also only walking distance to the main area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bar played very noisy and repetitive music, and the bar staff left tables dirty all day, plus the card machine didn't work. The shower in the bedroom has a window that slides open into the hotel corridor. The shower is visible in the bedroom as it is just a large pane of glass and there is no door on the toilet area so bear this in mind when booking.
