Excellent location on the beachfront and close to the marina, cafes, restaurants etc. The hotel is great - don’t be put off by poor reviews. We stayed in the family apartment and it was clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and the reception is helpful. Breakfast is plentiful - coffee, fresh fruit juices, omelettes made to order, pastries and plenty more. We didn’t have lunch or dinner at the restaurant but the fast food place on site was good for light snacks like wraps, pizza and burgers. There was a busy animation programme. We booked our activities through Noureddine in the hotel lobby; quadbiking and Paradise Valley are both worthwhile. It’s not a European hotel but it’s safe, clean and comfortable and I would certainly return here.

Towels - the housekeeping team are great and come round early to freshen up the beds and bathroom. But they take the towels and don’t replace them until mid afternoon! So you’re fine unless you want a midday shower! Sometimes we only had two towels for the four of us and had to request more. No major issues though

it is an enormous residential complex with hundreds of apartments next to the beach, there are to swimming pools, bars, club activities for all ages, buffet breakfast and dinners available, Overall it is a comfortable stay and good expereince.

Two things to mention: 1: The worst side of this establishment is the WIFI connection is not available in most areas, the strength of WIFI is poor, they urgently need to increase WIFI signals with more uploading speed, 2: Poor customer service for handling complaints, we had a missing item during the cleaning while we were away we have reported it to the hotel administration, but so far they do not replied our formal complaint,

The location of the property is perfect, being in walking distance of the beach and also the many restaurants, shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well maintained and the swimming pools are well maintained as well!

The property is a little outdated, especially the rooms and would benefit greatly if it were modernized a little. I didn’t like the confusion and overcrowding during the Breakfast and Dinner period, there were simply too many people during those meal periods which made it difficult to find seating and the food was almost instantly consumed which led to waiting for the food to be restocked.

Great location with direct access to the corniche which is great when coming back from dinner along the front. The grounds are beautifully kept and there are two pool areas, one more kid oriented. The breakfast was amazing, a huge selection and lots of places to get things cooked fresh, eg eggs, omelettes, flatbreads and doughnuts. Couldn’t fault it. The WIFI can be a bit dodgy. Be careful you aren’t running through your data when thinking you are on the hotels. The rooms are basic and dated. However, for the price I really can’t complain. Just be aware. They are spacious, I had a great balcony with a sea view. The room was cleaned daily and my bed and towels changed.

Room was perfect. Spacious. Comfortable and cool. AC is a must. Our view was brilliant too. We could see the pool, the Kasbah and the ocean with a nice sunset. Breakfast was delicious. Omelettes and Pastries. The animation team were great too. Loads of activities and they genuinely put effort into them and were always friendly. The pool is well designed. It has sections for every age. The location is great too. Either side of the hotel opens onto a main area for taxis or the beach promenade for evening walks.

We enjoyed the dinners. However, if you are a picky eater or have kids who are picky eaters then you might struggle. Do not expect a Spanish sun-holiday type hotel dinner with chips and chicken nuggets etc. They serve Moroccan food. The food was delicious and healthy and the facilities are clean. The restaurant does do Pizza and pasta most nights. If you’re really struggling, the hotel has a Fast Food restaurant thats open late too. There are nearby restaurants on the promenade also.

The location cannot be beat, close to everything. All staff were very friendly and hotel grounds are beautiful. Food choices were also good. Parking on site, although tight, we were always accommodated (we had two cars). This was my second stay at this hotel after a very long time, and I hope that if I ever go back to Agadir, I can stay there again with rooms in a much better shape.

Rooms are outdated, renewing them would really complement this hotel. There was no trash can in the rooms. We had to collect our trash in a plastic bag since even after asking one of the cleaners for a trash can, we didn’t get one. We booked two family apartments for our 10 person family, they were overbooked and tried to give us two quadruple rooms with fold out beds to sleep the extra two people. After some back and forth, we were given an extra double room, which did solve our problem. Not a single hook in the bathroom; where are guests supposed to hang their towels? It’s ridiculous but seems to be quite normal since I have had this problem at many other hotels in other countries.

Large hotel complex in lovely grounds, leading right onto the beach. We were upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms and a sitting area as well as a balcony overlooking the quieter of the two pools. Room was fine, cleaned every day with fresh towels - maybe could do with a bit of updating but nothing serious. Very busy over the New Year period. Extensive breakfast buffet included which was great, with staff cooking fresh eggs, pancakes and doughnuts! Very busy but plenty of tables inside and out for breakfast. Lots of entertainment laid on if you wanted to get involved. Area of the beach roped off for free and exclusive hotel use, with a lovely helpful beach attendant! Busy but helpful reception area, and we were able to hold the room until 6pm for a very small charge which was excellent. Two excellent pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The resort is OK - couple of shops but mostly restaurants. Take the cable car up to the Kasbah - fascinating!

Staff moving around the complex early morning were a bit noisy with laundry carts etc. There was a hotel bar with an outside terrace but as smoking is allowed inside and out, and the terrace was closed in because of the wind, the smoky atmosphere was unbearable. Motion sensor for the lights in the apartment were very sensitive - even turning over in bed set them off! If you like a couple of drinks with your meal, very few restaurants serve alcohol and there is only one beach bar (Les Blancs) near the marina.

This hotel is a great find. Beautiful decor and very supportive staff where patience and kindness is the norm. The room was fantastic, and our daily lady was so kind and beautiful. The view is incredible. The hotel is very close to the beach and esplanade, literally a short walk. With this, there is a huge variety of different restaurants offering various cuisine - many tastes are catered for. We could have walked up to the Kasbah but chose not to simply because of the heat. In the opposite direction, 10 minutes walk takes you to the Great Mosque, Argan Oil Factory and El Soud. Meals are fantastic - the food, the dining room, the outside dining area are all well supported by thoughtful staff who constantly seemed to 'not do enough for visitors' approach. They are so dedicated. Simply wonderful people. You also will have various activities to join in from thanks to a dedicated team who come round visitors and advise what activities are doing that day. Fantastic.

Maybe I could ask the management to consider putting tea making facilities in the bedroom.
