Location. First of all the location is very good. The hotel is located near the city centre at 10 min walk from the main beach. The Room The room was very nice and quite spacious. We booked a room beginning January and therefore, the Hotel was not very busy which was a plus. However, our room had a view to the back garden so it was very quiet. Air-condition was working well. There are enough sockets and you can use standard continental European plugs. The telly is huge although we did not have any use of it. However what is much more important is the Wi-Fi (see below) Everything was provided towels shower gel etc.. I know, all this is quite obvious but I've been in hotels where it wasn't nearly as obvious. There is a small fridge in the room but there is no kettle. However, you can get one if you ask for it. I got one probably forgotten by a UK customer since it was designed for UK sockets. Fortunately it worked for me because although I am currently living in Germany I am coming from the UK. Breakfast Excellent! You can have Continental European as well as British breakfast and you can get everything. Except for deaf coffee. But I always have my own decaf coffee whenever I travel as many hotels are not yet accustomed to the fact that some customers do not drink regular coffee. The internet The internet service is the weak point of this hotel (see my comment below) Summary. I do recommend this hotel for his location, the breakfast and its value for the money. but internet is its very weak point.

The internet service is the weak point of this hotel. You can get internet in your room but you need to be close to the door of your room. The internet speed is very variable. I performed many measurements for 5 consecutive days and the average download speed that I got was ranging between 10 kbps to 89 Mbps. You read correctly 10 kilobits per second! The upload speed was ranging between 0.13 Mbps and 46.9Mbps. Needless to say that this speed does not allow you to watch any streaming provider such as Netflix. You can probably start watch you film and then get a few minutes interruption (the time the buffer is filled out with data) before you can resume your film.

WI-FI signal is good. Food is good. Pool and plantation are good. Overall is good value for money.

Room facilities are basic. Not up to 4 star hotel standard. Toilet seat is very poor quality. Towels are worn out and look dirty although replaced every day.

Great location 10 walk to beach, staff are lovely, pool area very nice plenty of sun loungers and lots of shade as well. There is a lovey cafe 1 minute from hotel called home cafe, lovely food, also about 10 minutes from hotel further on is blacksmiths restaurant. Lovely food and atmosphere. ATM in the hotel which is very handy. Air conditioning in rooms worked very well, and cleaning staff do a great job. Would definitely return. Pictures are from home cafe.

Nothing to dislike, but just a suggestion greater variety of fruit at breakfast. Such as bananas and watermelon not just apples and oranges.

The hotel offered excellent value for money. Our room was very spacious and clean. We all loved the fresh omelettes every morning. Kids enjoyed the pool and the darts, the ping pong and the pool table. We were close to the beach and the strip of restaurants. Reception staff were welcoming and happy to help with booking taxis and excursions (which came out cheaper than doing DIY)

Beds were very hard so I found it difficult to sleep (rest of the family slept wonderfully though!) If you arrive after 9:30 for breakfast, everything has already gone and it’s not replenished- so go 8:30 latest!!

The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach, the cable car and lots of good food options nearby. It was also a short taxi ride away from the Souk. The staff were friendly and helpful - we told them it was our anniversary and they took the effort to decorate our room. Room was clean and spacious, we had a small balcony with a great view of the pool, the mountains and the sea. The hotel also helped to arrange a private shuttle for us due to our late arrival. The highlight was the pool side and the sunbeds, we enjoyed a great time relaxing under the sun.

The facilities are aging, particularly the bathroom. It is more a 3-star rather than 4-star. The rooms are not completely soundproof as advertised, as the door does not seal well. We had some noisy neighbours who kept slamming the doors at night and talking outside in the hallway and we were woken up multiple times. The cleaning crew starts early in the mornings and you can hear them moving furniture and making loud noises when they clean.

The location was perfect, a short stroll down to the promenade and numerous bars and restaurants. The marina is a 10 min stroll also. The pool area was lovely, and always being maintained. Great pool, although the temperature in late October was slightly colder, but bearable. Read reviews about the reception staff being abrupt and not very friendly, these couldn't be further from what I experienced, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also printed out our boarding passes, and we're very happy to do so. The rooms were maybe a bit basic, but they were spotlessly clean, and serviced everyday. There's also a free safe, which was a nice change. Breakfast: if you're looking for a full Scottish/English breakfast, go to benidorm. There was plenty of choice, mostly Moroccan but you could get omelettes or fried eggs, fresh juice, coffee and tea etc. There is a pool bar and restaurant, which I tried several times, and the food quality was exceptional. The bar prices may be a wee bit expensive, but there's a shop at the bottom of the street to the left, where you can buy beers for half the price. We stayed for 6 nights last week, and I can honestly say, there wasn't one thing I could fault with this hotel. Great hotel. Great staff. Great location. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Price of alcohol, apart from that, absolutely nothing.

Staff , one and all were amazing. Helpful and kind. Location was spot on, close to the beach, marina and restaurants , beautiful view of the old kasbah. Lovely pool with a nice verdant setting. Highly recommend for a chill holiday.

-Staff are very friendly and very willing to help and make the stay as comfortable as they can. The doorman is very nice and helpful. The man who arranged the trips for us was also friendly and cheerful. -Good location, close to the beach. And there is a mini market just next to the hotel where you can get biscuits, crisps, etc.. - The rooms are big and unlike other hotels when you find the room become congested by just putting your travel baggagein the room - I requested a cot during the reservation and that was arranged before my arrival - The check in process was quick and easy - They managed to find for us two interconnecting rooms as per my request which was a great thing for us - The pool area is very relaxing with lots of trees around. - Good daily room service - We tried the restaurant once and the food was good

- Not enough room facilities: no kettle, no tea or coffee sachets which is expected from a 4 star hotel - One of the two rooms had the toilet seperated from the sink and shower which was very uncomfortable - The breakfast buffet had very limited choices and lack the basics you usually find ( boiled eggs, arabic kinds of bread( the round flat ones). I was expecting more variety of foods from the reviews I read before I went

The entire hotel staff was very friendly. Especially the people at the reception were very friendly mainly speaking French and English. One of the most helpful receptionists was Abdullah, and one receptionist could even speak German quite well, but I am not good in remembering names. I was actually more interested in practicing french. They even upgraded our rooms for free which were looking to the street to ones looking at the pool and mountains We could arange a few tours at the reception with prices like anywhere else. The pool was even suitable to do some swimtraining. It is about 18 meters long and unfortunately a bit shallow on one side, but on the other side one could perform turns under water, and there were not many people at the pool begin of September 2024. There ware always loungers available next to the pool, so not all were occupied. The hotel is a few hundred meters away from the beach and the promenade. A small shop is next to the entrance and also some restaurants can be found within a few hundred meters. To the cable car to get to the Kasbah it is just a few minutes walk. So the location of the hotel ist very good. Only for the main market and for the bus station one has to take a taxi. After having experienced the heat in Marrakech it was a relief to be able to stay without aircondition and just open the door to the balcony with comfortable temperatures. The breakfast was not 100% but offered a lot to choose from. They even made omelets according to individual wishes.

One could hear loud music from the beach a few hundred meters away half of the night. People were drumming and singing very loud which did not sound pleasing to my ears. That type of music is not everone's taste or maybe I don`t understand the meaning. Anyway it was a bit disturbing when wanting to sleep. So we closed the door to the balcony at night.

Brilliant cental location. Beach across the road with restaurants all along & and a beautiful marina area with more restaurants and larger shops end of prom all easy walking distance.. Hotel outdoor/pool area gorgeous, serene with lots of trees and grass! Rooms cleaned every day. Ask for kettle and you will get one. Rooms basic with very small juliette type balcony that would not fit a chair, enough room to just stand & admire the fabulous view or have a smoke if this is your thing. Poolside restaurant with burgers etc. Shower good.

Rooms tired but fine. Beds could be softer, I layered mine with a duvet and blanket under me to make more comfy. Then it was fine. Food could be better. Air con we didn't need.
