The breakfast was adequate. Hot and cold food & fruit available. Coffee, tea & juice. Fresh omlettes to order and pancakes.Not sure how lunch/evening meals work. There is a bar food menu available. Again, didn't use.The pool was lovely although there is not enough sunbeds. Get one before 10am. Poolside towels are available - not sure if there is a cost. Spacious area - though it was November; don't know what it would be like in the summer months.The room was well appointed. Bed very comfy. Shower was powerful and good temperature. The fridge wasn't really up to keeping things cold. Towels were changed daily. Housekeeping was always in the corridors if you need soap, shampoo, toilet roll. Not supposed to bring food or water etc into the hotel. The balcony was small. We used the table and two chairs from the room, it was tight but comfortable. We found no noise at all in the evening (Reading previous reviews and listening to current guests). I suppose it depends where your room is. We were on the side that looks to Danialand cable car. Could only get YouTube or dubbed English films on the TV. No WiFi in the rooms so it was hard to log into Amazon/Netflix - not sure if it was possible. WiFi on ground floor and pool area. I found all the staff friendly and approachable. Language was not an issue - always someone to help. I paid the hotel tax in Euros. Well advised to have some - handy for tipping. Try not to use the ATM in the hotel. Exchange rates are poor. MAD1000 dirhams in the hotel cost £89. Bank ATM cost £80. I booked a transfer to and from the airport. £15 - £16 each way. Definitely use the cable car. About £10 return. Views are outstanding. Gives a good perspective of where you are. Beachfront was very clean and spacious. The closest beach to this hotel is quite near the marina - so its the northern end of Agadir bay. Plenty of beach to the south. Tourist Information is a short walk along the promenade.

That they tell you can't bring in water or food. I can be quite fussy. I was not blatant about it, but I brought stuff in - they did not perform bag searches!

Reception, pool area and snack bar/late night bar were fantastic and made up for the negatives. The pool has been recently renovated and it is just amazing. My partner and I cut short our beach day just to go back for a dip there. Room was comfortable and very quiet despite facing the beach/main road. Seems that they have solved the soundproofing issues. Also, the location is prime for everything. 5 min walk to the beach and shops, 10 min walk to the cable car, lots of cash machines and banks, etc.

Breakfast and dinner service could be better. There should always be fresh fruit in a breakfast buffet. The state of the bathroom was not the best, the bathtub lining is too old and stained, and many of the hooks for towels are missing or broken. Housekeeping does come every single day and refresh it nicely though. As a suggestion the hotel should fit fan extractors in the toilets to get rid of excess humidity and prevent mould. DO NOT use the ATM at the hotel as the fee is huge compared to the ones all around the area. Also, seek to pay your tourist tax in the local currency as it will be cheaper.

Location, Rooms, Swimming area and breakfasts were great. Kind staff, receptionist helps us with printing of boarding passes and booked us transfer to the airport. Rashid ([email protected]) help us with Camel's Ride trip and Ride on the quats. He's very kind. We recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean but there was worn out furniture and bathroom very dated. In the rooms with the view to the pool was noise caused by music from the bar, rooms on the Road side were noisy from the traffic.

The staff was really friendly. The room was cleaned each day and the food was good. In the beginning we were worried reading some of the resent comments about the rooms but once we arrived evereting was fine. The sheets, towels were cleaned every day. There was a nice view from the room. We didn't hear any noise at night. The swimming pool and outside aria we was cleaned each morning while the breakfast was served. We checked the massage and it was worth it.

Very nice hotel, excellently located. Kind staff, great breakfast, great pool and outdoor area. Receptionists were extremely accommodating: I asked to change the room (with view to the sea but a bit noisy due to traffic) to one with view to the pool (much quieter - and still with view to the sea) and they did it promptly. Rashid (from Agdtours) was very helpful organizing a trip to Paradise Valley and a 2-hour massage session near the city center). He's very attentive and honest. I strongly recommend this hotel, very close to the beach.

If you're expecting the 4-star ratting to be similar to European standards, you will have few things to complain about, but nothing major. Nothing outstanding to report.

Warm and welcoming staff: The staff are friendly and helpful. Relaxing pool: There's a nice pool to cool off in. Prime location: The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and close to the beach. Tasty breakfast: The breakfast is good, with a variety of options (except for cheese).

Thin walls: The hotel could benefit from soundproof windows as it can get a bit noisy. Limited cheese selection: The breakfast spread is good, but the cheese selection is limited to just one type.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, close to the beach and restaurants. Pool area perfect for afternoon chill. We also booked transfer to the airport, it was on time and without any problems. We enjoyed staying here for sure.

The breakfast in such big hotel could be definitely something they should work on. Variety of fresh fruit was missing, nothing traditional morrocan, that was little dissapointing. Everyday the same pastry, the same options.. but in general the meals were tasty and fresh, also in pool bar :)

I think that this hotel should do more effort about the food in breakfast buffet. As it’s 4 stars hotel, the food is not appropriate for this kind of clean and good hotels. For example coffee is not real coffee is just powder, there is no large choices in sweets and vinoiserie.. I took only omelette with paprika, as it was the only good & healthy thing I liked. Also there is no large choices about juices, most are not natural.

Nice location but accepts lot of construction work going on. I guess it can't be helped.

We were very happy that we were put in a room with a sea sea/pool/mountain view. Brilliant view any time of the day. The beds were comfy and the duvets too. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of fresh pastry and they were making omelettes/eggs every morning. The decor in the lobby is nice and modern. At the pool area were doing maintenance but the water and pool was good. We would return as was really good value for money and great location very close to the beach and same 5 min walk to the cable cars

The rooms needs modernization specially the bathroom but no issues otherwise. Maybe they could change the sun loungers as they were burning even though it was only 23°
