The staff took excellent care of us! Wonderful Aladdin made sure we were safe and secure and that we had all the help we needed with tours and finding our way around, in addition to arranging for the transporting of our luggage. The maids did an excellent job with our breakfast which we took on the ground floor where our room was located. The tile work on all the walls is beautiful and the location in the medina was very convenient to very good restaurants and shopping. Quite the unique experience! Certainly the price was excellent!

A very hard bed that took up almost the entire room. We put 3 thick blankets under the bottom sheet which made sleeping just tolerable. The roof terrace is up 4 flights of narrow steps with "no" hand rails at all. We suggest staying on the ground floor if you are over 50. The shower needed attention since the shower head had to be tied in place with a sock and the drain was very slow. Be aware that you cannot take a car or taxi close to this riad. You must go by foot and it is difficult to find. I highly suggest you call Aladdin at the riad and ask him to have a porter to meet you to guide you through the maze of streets and bring a cart to carry your luggage on arrival and departure.

Beautiful room at the top of the building just below the restaurant terrace. Lovely large sized room and bathroom with great view of medina landscape. Wonderful panoramic view of the medina from the restaurant terrace. Very well situated just off the centre of one of the main streets in the medina, perfect for exploring different parts of the medina. Lovely welcoming service from Aladdin and everyone at the location. Breakfast was nice and had dinner on the first night which was very nice. Highly recommended location to stay if you visit Fes.

The riad is located in the medina and it was very clean and comfortable. The real plus was the staff: Aladen and the ladies working there were extremely kind, gave us a lot of advice and helped us with transportation. Highly recommended also their dinner: booking in the morning you can eat fresh and very good food on their beautiful terrace for a cheaper price than many other touristic place that are also trying to scam you. If you are planning your trip in Fes this is definitely a trustworthy place. Last but not least they organise excursions in some close locations (for ex. Chefchaouen). For anything you can ask Aladen and the staff!

The location is very beautiful, but it's situated in a somewhat hard-to-find spot within the medina of Fes, which can also be a good thing if you want to stay as close to the market as possible. Located in the heart of the Medina, this beautiful traditional Riad offers an authentic and immersive cultural experience that shouldn’t be missed. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are both helpful and accommodating.

This is a traditional Riad, so expecting the same level of modern comforts might be a bit of a stretch. It’s perfect for those who appreciate traditional living and the beauty of authentic architecture. However, features like modern windows, central heating, or other conveniences might not meet everyone’s expectations.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Aladdin is the perfect host. He helped us with everything we needed and went out of his way to accommodate us. We forgot two blouses and she made sure to send them with a driver to our next stop in Merzouga. We felt completely safe. We could do everything on foot, which made this stay perfect. Really great value for your money! thank you again

Gorgeous property with lovely restaurant, excellent hospitality and service from the manager Aladin, chef Iman and staff Fatima. Aladin arranged an excellent tour for us. Iman cook amazing food for us. I twisted my ankle on a walk and the ladies took such good care of me. I don’t know anywhere in the world that would offer this kindness. We will always stay at this riad when we go to Fes.

The location is perfect, close enough to visit the main attractions in the Medina. The host was amazing, he sent us the information in advance on how to get to the Riad and arranged a pick up to the nearest car parking. He also walked us around the maze in the Medina, taking us to visit the famous tannery and some local shops. It was very comfortable to have a local guide and some precious advice to walk ourselves through the Medina. They also had a good breakfast on the terrace, with a beautiful view.

The room was quiet enough to be in the centre of the Medina, although in the morning you could hear birds and cats. Also, there wasn't much space beside the bed.

We had a fantastic stay! Aladin took care of us from the minute we arrived and even spend his day off to show us the old Medina. Also he made great recommendations of restaurants and was in general a very nice and warm person. The other staff were also super helpful and prepared a very nice breakfast in the morning which we enjoyed at the rooftop with the 360 view of the city center. What a fantastic stay! We will recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fez!

Very good position to visit the Medina. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful terrace with 360° view of the Medina, where one can enjoy a good home made meal!

The bathroom was very small with an unpleasant odor, and the shower drained very slowly. The room lacked windows, making it feel confined. While the staff was supportive and kind, certain charges felt unnecessary, such as €2 per printed page (€4 for just two pages).
