Gem of a place! The location of this property was great. Walking distance to many sites. Safe neighborhood. The staff was amazing, especially Ibrahim who catered to our every need. The rooms and clean, large and updated, especially the air-conditioner. Great rooftoop with views and the breakfast. The onsite hammam is a must try. Loved this property, and will repeat my stay here when i visit again.

We liked it all...

Ismael was amazing - helpful, sweet, informative and clearly has spike for hospitality. However the rest of the staff was great was well. Room was nothing specetular but it was clean and everything as expected from the booking. We have booked airport transfer to and from, which was especially useful at arrival as we arrived late and only girls. The Riad is not approachble by car so they stop 5min walk away which at night is a bit scary. However, the driver called the Riad at arrival and the staff came to pick us up an escort to the Riad. That was amazing.

The Riad is still under construction, not possible to enjoy to the full extent. However when its done I am sure it will be great.

The riad was beautiful. The terrace looks amazing, and is perfect for an escape from the puzzle of the Marrakech City . Beautifully decorated but not overdone you see and feel Morrocco real soul in every corner er of the riad. The location was ideal for us, within 20 min walk from the souks and jamaa el fna within a lively traditional and authentic marrakeshi neighborhood. More importantly the staff was really helpful with whatever we asked , they did more than just deliver. Zawad was one of the staff we came across More during our stay and we are grateful. Great service , hospitality and made us feel like home. Definitely to our next visiting in marrakesh we will choose to stay here again.

A little oasis in a non-touristy part of the Medina. Bustling alleys full of shoppers buying their groceries. Friendly and easy going.. Nourddine & Jaoud were so helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed a great hammam & massage here too. Nice breakfast on the roof every day. Our room was very cosy and clean. Thanks also to Fatima Zara and Halima, who were very helpful too.

A bit off the beaten track but we enjoyed the reality of the area. 20 mins walk from the big square.

The staff service and the kittens who lives in the hotel was what we liked the most. It was lovely play with them Every day during our stay, we had a typical Moroccan breakfast, which was delicious. But it was just plain bread, semolina bread, coffee and honey, and sometimes they gave you cheese and a single egg per person. Which was not the most balanced breakfast. The employees were very friendly, and always attentive to give you good service. Especially Jawad, who even offered on his day off to accompany us outside the wall because it was dangerous, the day we had to leave the hotel early in the morning to go to the airport. We were very grateful for that and we continue to be grateful for his enormous hospitality and kindness. I hope he can get the position in that hotel that he deserves, as he cares enormously about the hotel, and its guests. And he treats them as human beings and even friends. He was the only one who gave us advice on how to get around the area. They also took food requests into account at dinner, whenever we asked for something we would like to try, they would gladly prepare it for us the next day. Although definitely what we liked most about the hotel were the kittens that were there, so please, if you go keep this in mind if you have any allergies or don't like cats. Since it is their home. In general the hotel is very nice, and the rooms were comfortable.

The area, which it could be nice for other people but for me was so stressful be inside of the old medina during the whole trip since it wasn't that much safe, and you had a lot of risk to get knock over by a motorcycle. A motorbike almost run over me several times just opening the door of the hotel...

We were so good taken care of by the all of the staff. Noureddine, Fatima, Ezzahra, Jaouad, Halima and Adil. Great recommendations and the best start of our 10 day stay in Morocco. Nice rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served and we even got it served to our room once when we slept in. ❤️ Our room was great, the bed was perfect and the ac kept us warm when the nights got cold now in February. We also had a wonderful hamam and massage session. We really enjoyed Marrakesh as a whole and were so happy with visiting during the cooler months, for Finns 24–26°C is just right.

We liked the location, away from the busiest parts of the medina, but for someone else it might be too long of a walk.

Incredible staff so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Spoke great English as well as a number of other languages. We checked-in and out unfortunately in very early hours of the morning and staff was always able to accommodate transportation. Breakfast was lovely with lots of breads, cakes, yogurt/fruit, cheese, jam, honey, butter, coffee, juice, and tea. The rooftop really feels like an oasis in the morning and afternoon. It’s a lovely riad with a small pool in the middle. The Humam and massage experience was great! We were walked in and out to our transportation which was really nice as a group of young girls. Go here!!!

Nothing! Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. A1 hospitality!!!

Perfect, perfect, perfect! Beautiful place. Everything was clean, rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. It is located more near the locals but still walking distance from everything you need to see. They also have their own Hammam which we tried and was just perfect! They also cooked us a delicious homemade dinner and were always offering refreshing tea Jaouad was EXCELLENT, very professional, attentive and always meeting all our needs. Everyone is very sweet. They help you with WHATEVER you need. Nourddine was very good with helping us arrange activities and giving insider tips! Very grateful to everyone and definitely coming back ❤️ 100% recommend

Location is great, Main square was 15-20min walk. Very authentic experience, but we really enjoyed it. I liked that tour guide and other trips were organized by personell, we were always walked to the bus or taxi. We also tried Hamam, as we had never done that before. Also, personell was very welcoming and gave us all the info and tips, things to avoid when being in Morocco. Rooms were clean, private bathroom.

As an European, I am used to different kind of breakfast, but all in all, they were good.

We really enjoyed the staff. Starting from our check-in with great hospitality (tea served while he explained the riad rules etc). Everyone was kind and caring, always answering our needs and you can always find someone at the reception. We had the breakfast included but we were leaving too early one morning for a tour, but they still insisted to pack a takeaway breakfast for us. We also tried their tajin and it was the best one we had during our stay !! The riad and our room were very clean, cute terrasse and a good location.
