First of all, the design of this place is like an oasis from the chaos of the city. Stunning in every direction you look. There are amazing little perches throughout the riad to sit and ponder over your day with the sounds of the birds landing in the trees and the trickling water as your soundscape. It truly is a little haven. The staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and amazing cooks. They were willing to help organise anything we needed. We also met the owner and his family, which made us all the more glad to be supporting such a Riad, as they were very friendly to us. We never experienced the hammam, but Im sure it follows suit. Excellent stay on all fronts and would absolutely recommend Riad Roxanne to anyone looking for a convenient and lovely place to stay.

Riad Roxanne enchanted us with its culture. Its magnificent clean pool and amazing breakfast were unbelievable. The rooms, corridors, and surroundings were clean and tidy. The air conditioning was working well. The room was completely authentic, with Moroccan touches everywhere. Every detail in our room, from the bathtub to the soap holder, was well-thought-out. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with planning our desert trip. Ali and Emine from the hotel team took care of us personally. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Ali Abi. We will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Morocco.

Every corner of this beautiful Riad is to fall in love with. I stayed here for 2 nights and never before have i found a peace so wonderful as in Riad Roxanne. It is so beautifully planned and structured that you will find it hard to find only one favorite spot. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable as well and the breakfast spread is just super amazing. It is away from the hustle n bustle of Marrakech while at the sametime providing close proximity to the main square (10-15min walk). However, i doubt that one will feel like leaving the Riad for anywhere else once you enter :). The pool is simply amazing! Also make sure to chill on the wonderfully decorated terrace!

All members of staff at Riad Roxanne were very friendly and always happy to answer any questions we had, we loved the decor throughout and our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was good and often filled us for the day through until the evening, some mornings we had early pickups for our excursions, but the staff were still happy to provide us with a smaller breakfast and tea/coffee. Riad Roxanne is on the edge of the old city and around a 20 minute walk from the "big square" we walked there every day and it was a great experience walking through the busy streets of the old city, other reviews have said they felt unsafe but every person we interacted with was nice, just watch out for the mopeds!

Very minor things, the shower head didn't fit in it's mount, so we had to sit in the bath to wash ourselves. The bottom sheet on the bed was slightly too small for the mattress, and it slipped off a few times in the night.

The place was charming, quiet and amazing in the old riad maroccan style. The rooms really nice with every nice details - especially the big one upstairs with our own back yard. So nice that the straff manage to upgrade us without any more cost. the rooftop terrasse stunning and they Even had two. every corner in the hotel was like an Instagram photo. The stuff Very helpful and nice- guided us about everything- booked and ordered taxi for us , and walked with us to find the way. the breakfast really good, the service exellent and the hamam and massage really nice as well. I really recommend this place for an authentic marrocan experience -:)

Location was genius and what a short great walk to the main square taking in the sights and sounds of real Morocco loved it … the place is a real oasis and a great choice. The pool is exceptional everything you would want the breakfast is out is this world served by possibly the best staff I have ever come across in my 50 odd years of travelling. Dinner was quite special we had lamb tagine and I wish I could have it every night. Room was really impressive I felt if i lived in Morocco just from the room. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and a special thanks goes to the driver he was on call and delivered every time.. quite a legend. Thank you all

I didn’t like that I didn’t spend a lot longer there

Large room, large comfortable bed, nice quality sheets and towels. Copper bath looked lovely but we didnt use it.Our room had a little private patio, and the communal patios are very good with comfy sun beds. Plentiful breakfast. Lovely pool, seats and plants everywhere. Helpful staff. Interesting but very local area, about 20 mins walk to Grand Square or souks.

The room needed some upkeep care. The doors didn't shut properly, the tap was wobbly, the water flow was poor, the air con/ heater didn't work. (The heating and water were fixed quickly but should have been checked) Because riads are designed to keep out heat, the breakfast room was cold in the morning.

It was beautiful like an oasis, we stayed in the Sahara room and it had an amazing balcony with seating, and a private terrace above the room with sun loungers. Breakfast was a small omelette, cake, breads and jams. At this time of year it was very cold inside the Riad, everyone was dressed in coats and jumpers for breakfast. There is a fireplace in the dining area, which in our opinion would have been lovely if it was lit. And maybe some fruit included in the breakfast. The area was where a lot of the locals lived and worked, which we enjoyed. There is still lots of damage from the earthquake, where lots of families lost their homes and worse. Totally recommend, spend your money locally to help the families rebuild their lost homes.

Beautiful and tranquil, amazing spaces to chill out on (rooftop, pool, library and garden). We had a lovely stay here and liked that it was out of the hustle and bustle. We had a hire car so were able to park our car very close and then were picked and dropped off up in the golf buggy, super helpful for us with our suitcases. Friendly staff, we enjoyed the walk to the main square, did it at night and in the early hours of the morning and it felt safe and well lit. Air conditioning for both summer and winter was also great.

It was a pretty amazing place, so these are very small things. Our shower didn’t drain properly and we asked if it could be fixed but it still flooded the bathroom within 5 minutes of showering. We also asked for our room to be cleaned as some sand from the desert had fallen onto our floor from our clothes, but it wasn’t cleaned well and still had sand on the floor. We also left just before 8am on our checkout day and wanted to have breakfast before we checked out, but was only able to have a glass of juice/tea/coffee and a small piece of cake. Like I said, small things, we enjoyed our stay overall :)

Love love love - we will be back next year Felt like you were walking into a loved family home - it was a peaceful and relaxed space. Staff very friendly and helpful no matter the ask. Moroccan tea is a must to try. Location was about 10 min walk from the big square

We loved everything but just a few things to note - Wifi didn't appear in the room but accessible in the main areas No safe deposit box in the room as outlined by the amenities on booking.com - not a big deal but would have been nice Some hangers to hang up cloths None of these should stop you booking this beautiful riad
