Everything on this Riad was amazing really, we are still dreaming about our stay in Marrakech. Location is perfect IMO: you walk approx. 10 minutes and you are on the main square but you go through real local neighborhood where you can buy bread, fruits, and every basic product you might need in a local and fair price, not inflated 10 times because you are a tourist. It is very safe to go around those streets to the Riad, we never had any problem, we prefer this than being on a main avenue or square. Breakfast is simple but is very good and served with love. Bread, juice, tea and one day egg. We only missed some fruit. The Riad is absolutely beautiful as the pictures suggest and the room has the perfect size. Everything worked as described. We used the pool once but just for fun, we visited in January and was not hot enough to have a proper swim of course. Keep in mind that because of the shape of the building the common areas, breakfast, kitchen, etc is in the center with rooms around. Most visitors wake up early-ish for breakfast and there's noise so if you want to sleep in and skip breakfast bring earplugs maybe. The best part of the Riad was Abdel, the main guy running the place. He and the rest of the staff run this Riad in a great way. Abdel was one of the best things Marrakech gave us. He's just amazing and makes you always feel welcome and comfortable, we always shared our day with him, he gave us recommendations, etc etc. If we come back we'll definitely look out for Riad Hadda.

We missed some fruit on the breakfast. 1 piece of any fruit would be nice.

The Riad was just as expected from the description and reviews. Very traditional, super clean and spacious. The breakfast was a lovely addition, with mix of fried egg, traditional breads, pastries, cake, yoghurt, juice. The roof top was very relaxing and furnished well. Abdel and the staff were amazing - Abdel was so attentive and helpful. The location was as expected as we researched - in the heart of the old city streets, and the walk to the main square was around 20-30 minutes depending on how busy the streets are. If you are looking for tradition and culture, we would recommend this Riad.

Not anything bad about the Riad, but we found the walk to the square more challenging than expected because of the number of mopeds and scooters on the narrows roads. Don't let it put you off, but be prepared (and stay on the right)

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Riad Hadda. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with outstanding hospitality. The riad itself is peaceful and charming — the perfect retreat after a day exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakech. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated in traditional style. The food was excellent — breakfast (which also serves as lunch) was fresh, varied, and prepared with great care. A special thank you to Yubby and Adbel, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Always kind, attentive, and smiling, they made us feel completely at home. We highly recommend Riad Hadda to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and warm experience in Marrakech. Without a doubt, a place we would love to return to!

Amazing host (Yubi) who was friendly and informative. The Riad was lovely and comfortable. Traditional Moroccan breakfast which consists of 3 types of bread, jam, butter, juice, coffee/tea and egg/yoghurt on alternative days - simple but nice if you like bread. Host booked the taxi to and from the airport which helped us from getting lost as he collected us from the drop off point. Greeted us with tea and biscuits, gave us information on the city and even where to exchange money. Lovely experience overall.

Was a bit further out from the centre than imagined but not hard to get around and can get to most attractions within 30mins walk. Just need to get used to the motorcycles weaving in and out and stay alert when walking around. Not very soundproof so expect to be woken up if someone is outside the communal area but this is expected as it's a traditional Riad with wooden windows.

The Riad was beautiful. We enjoyed all the little details in the patio and the rooms. The host was very kind and helped us out around town. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings. We also liked that it was located off the most touristic places of the Medina and we could see more of a local side of town. A great start to our Morrocco trip!

We would have like to make use of the pool. But as it is winter, the water is too cold and we couldn't make the most of it. Hopefully these beautiful pools can also be heated up to enjoy during the cold months.

The riad was very beautiful, we were very comfortable for the whole duration of our stay. The staff was also exceedingly friendly and helpful! The breakfast every morning was also a highlight. We also booked an airport shuttle and a trip to the desert through the riad, which was very easy, cheap and an amazing experience, would definitely recommend.

The location of the riad was not the nicest neighbourhood, but it wasn´t really a problem, as you only need to go for 10 minutes to reach the medina.

The riad is very quiet and cozy, everything is perfectly clean, from the courtyard to the room and its toilet. Youssef, the guy that works there is one of the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met, he’s very thoughtful, polite and friendly. He helps you with everything you want to know or do. The room has everything you need, it’s big and very clean.

The position is 20 minutes from the main area, it can be a little bit tiring to walk back and forth but this is the only reason I have 9/10. The only advice I give to the hotel is that it would be nice to have the shower hanging by itself and not having to hold the shower head with one hand.

Riad Hadda is a gem in the middle of Marrakech, it is only a ten or fifteen minute walk to the main square and located close to the city walls which makes getting taxis to and from very easy. The Riad is a beautiful relaxing haven from the busy streets of the city. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Abdul one of the members of staff even woke up at 4am to let us out when we were going hot air ballooning one morning. I cannot recommend Riad Hadda enough we had a wonderful stay here.

An amazing Riad, with amazing staff!! Youssef was SO helpful during our stay that nothing was too much trouble. He was amazing and an absolute treasure! A nice walk to the square, we enjoyed seeing everything along the way. Our rooms were perfect, clean and lovely, a beautiful swimming pool and roof terrace. It was just the perfect place. We would most definitely stay there again. Thank you to Kareem who was great and looked after us for the last day of our stay and a big thank you to Youssef for his extra kind and beyond fabulous hospitality, who was amazing during the whole of our stay.

This is a lovely Riad with exceptional facilities and incredibly friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the roof terrace and plunge pool offer wonderful options for when the sun gets too hot or you want to relax. Both Saif and Yusuf go out of their way to make things comfortable. There is a hearty breakfast provided and options to buy drinks and services like laundry from the staff. We stayed in the room at the top of the house which had a wonderful bathroom and felt very secluded.

The WiFi in the top room can be a little temperamental at times. While air conditioning is provided, this top room can get very hot indeed.
