The staff was very nice. We had Hassan most of the time and he was lovely ! Helped us with anything we needed, I had stain on my pant and he helped me to clean it up :) The breakfast was very good. Some crepes and details were changing everyday, they were cooking in the kitchen at night for the next morning. Almost everything is homemade ! The only bad point is the location. The area is a bit dirty but if you walk 15 min you’re in the center so it’s fine. Just book a cab if you’re afraid it’s like 5€ I recommend !!! If Hassan see this, thank you you made our stay incredible ☺️ Firiel, Oriane and Sirine

The Riad is lovely - it's quite close to the east ring road, so quick to get to from the airport (and any excursions you take outside Marrakech), and it's a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the main Souks and the main square (Jemaa el Fna). The "roads" you walk along are full of people, shops, bikes, and people buying their daily food and drinks - it can be quite crazy! The Riad itself was amazing - Sobha's communication before/during was great, and the day/night managers (both called Hassan!) were great and always willing to help / give breakfast in the sun on the roof! I would thoroughly recommend Riad Berenssi
The only thing i would say is that you have to tell them in advance if you want dinner at the Riad, as they have to prepare during the day - this caught us out on our first night!

Loved the set up here. Really quiet accommodation. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Staff are really helpful and happy to do whatever you need, be it organising trips, ordering taxis, sorting breakfast. Breakfast was delicious too. Room cleaned every day. It's all exactly like the pictures.
If we are being fussy, when the room was cleaned, they moved some of our things around which we didn't love. We couldn't find a few things for a while because they had been moved. All found eventually so not misplaced fully/taken just moved and not where we left them Secondly, we asked for an excursion booked for us. Got the price and were happy to pay but on the trip had to pay an extra 30 euro for a guide which was not what we expected and we wouldn't have paid the price we did had we known. We were not made aware prior to going and we did not have an option to say no.

The hotel is gorgeous, small and personable. The receptionist/host was super friendly and took all our bags to our room for us. He also quickly served us breakfast the following morning while we waited for our taxi. The rooms were lovely and big, the bed was very comfortable and windows overlooked the pool which was lovely to wake up to. Food was lovely, great accommodation. The only downside was the location is a bit daunting to get to.. late at night might feel a bit intimidating but as soon as you're in the Riad is lovely and quaint.

The building itself was beautiful, the staff and service were also amazing. Decoration was gorgeous, mint tea given to us so nice. Staff super helpful, especially Hassan. He was the sweetest. Not too far from the good parts of the medina too, just 20 minutes walk away
Our room next to the rooftop was pleasant, however not the most peaceful or private. There was a gap in the door that people would technically be able to look through, and any sound made in the building or on the rooftop was super loud in our room. So when guests were up late on the rooftop we could hear their chatting and laughter. I guess we were just unlucky getting that room, as this was probably not a problem with any other room as they were on different floors

The staff was great and helpful from the moment we booked till the end. I called them even when I had to communicate with taxi drivers. We used WhatsApp. The hotel is in the old city (Medina). If you want to experience the real Morocco, this is the place for you. If you want a more westerner atmosphere, you should go to Gueliz. I liked the buzzling of the old city and people were kind even late night. I didn’t have any issue, but you should be sure not following anyone asking you to do so. The room and toilet were typical Moroccan. And there was air conditioner. The food at restaurant was great but if you plan to eat there, you need to let them know before 4pm We were always offered for free typical mint tea. WIFI was good and fast.
The breakfast was typical Moroccan with Moroccan bread selection, honey, marmalade selection, Moroccan pancakes, and cakes. I would have preferred a wider choice with croissants, brioches, white cheese and possibly also an English breakfast. The room didn’t have a TV so you have to rely on your devices. Swimming pool is too small to swim, just good for relax.

Riad Berenssi is of the best hotels i have stayed at in all my travels. Mme. Sobha and Abdul were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond, helping us get around and cooking delicious and gluten-free meals (which are otherwise hard to find reliably in the Marrakech medina). The facilities were clean (outdoor area was even more beautiful than it looked in the photos, rooms had drains that close to prevent the scent from filling the restroom, which was a problem in the other Riads and hotels we stayed at in Morocco, etc). Mr. Abdul coordinated with our taxi driver and helped us carry our bags out at 5 am in the dark so we could get to the airport on time. Prices were very reasonable for dinner. Overall, this was an amazing experience.
Note that the only way to get in is to ring a doorbell, but someone always answered within 30 seconds (even late at night), so this was not problematic.

We loved our stay at Riad Berenssi! All of the staff worked so hard to ensure our experience of Marrakech was great. We had a slight confusion about our stay because we had believed we would have our own fridge and cooking facilities but there is not. However, the staff did everything to accommodate our needs - Sobha, Hassan,Abdul and the whole team really looked after us . The Riad is clean and the room comfortable, there is a rooftop terrace with sunbeds and you might get to meet the pet tortoise. A good continental breakfast every day and you can order extras like eggs for additional fee. We had some evening meals at the riad some nights which were also very good. The location is very central and uou can walk into the Medina - about 2km.
When you enter the riad you wonder what you have let yourself in for! You go down a dark alley which is not so clean - but enter in the Riad and you are in a different peaceful world.

A little off the beaten track but paid locals to help find location . Manager did text in advance to help pick us up from airport which will be ideal but we had a hire car . Served tea and snacks upon arrival .Excellent hospitality by Abdul and relaxed by the pool at a long day out in hot sun . Met the tortoise who lives on the roof top and we named her Kylie . Followed by dinner and drinks on the roof top . Perfect way to unwind from the city’s craziness .
Is hard to find if you’re navigating on your own . Google maps is easier if walking .

Everything was excellent! All the team members are always taking care of you with a smile. The Riad is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was excellent, they cook a typical breakfast, taking care if you want tea or coffee. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I don’t have anything bad to said. If I come back to Marrakesh, I will come back here.
