Aziz welcomed us with open arms at the Riad, and the level of hospitality was truly exceptional. The breakfast was exquisite, with every detail carefully prepared. One of the evenings, we had dinner at the Riad and it was the best meal we had during our entire stay in Morocco — lovingly cooked by Aziz’s sister. Samad was also incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His attentiveness made a big difference. Everyone working at the Riad went above and beyond, and we are deeply grateful to the whole team for making our stay truly magical.

The personalised check-in on arrival with the owner over mint tea was lovely... Perfectly situated in the middle of the hustle and bustle in the Medina but peaceful once you get through the door! Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious with a different Moroccan dish every day, and everything was homemade and good quality.

There was a lot of noise in the room from downstairs and also from the roof terrace making siestas difficult after a lot of walking

Riad Dalla Santa is in the heart of the Medina and was the perfect location for us. Aziz and Mustafa were absolutely wonderful. Aziz gave us a lot of information on places to visit, what to do, where to eat etc. which we found really helpful. Our room overlooked the courtyard and was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was huge! Every morning we had coffee, fresh orange juice, bread, preserves, omelette, pancakes and fruit. The whole stay was excellent value for money. We were there during Ramadan so the Medina was very lively during the evening but once inside our riad we couldn't hear anything. If we make a return trip to Marrakech we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The manager Aziz was very helpful and so kind and so was our host Mustafa. The staff is what made this stay wonderful. The riad is very clean and we had a wonderful delicious breakfast each day. We arrived to Marrakech early in the morning so they were able to hold our bags while we explored the medina. Aziz gave us a map of the area and recommendations on where to exchange money which was very close to the riad. The location was perfect and in te middle of everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was also a mini fridge in our room. Wifi was strong. We stayed on the first floor. My son loved the rooftop pool.

Everything was perfect! There was one slight miscommunication between the riad representative on booking.com about our transfer and holding our bags in the morning when we arrived but that was quickly resolved. The hosts here go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We would book this place again if we come back!

The level of service provided by Aziz and Mustafa is nothing short of outstanding. From arriving to leaving, they were unfailingly polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The Riad itself is beautiful, the beds are very comfy and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Location is right in the heart of the northern medina so very central for everything. Despite this, it is very quiet and peaceful, an oasis of calm. We had the top floor room which is the only one up there so had the terrace to ourselves which was lovely.

Nothing really, it was all pretty much as expected. The other reviews here are all spot on so there were no surprises.

Beautiful Riad, we were met by Aziz the owner and escorted to the Riad, early check in was available. And after a very early flight was welcomed . The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Some rooms were on the smaller side but it didnt take away from how wonderful the stay was . Breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh every morning . Roof top Pool area was small but still very nice , lots of tables and chairs . It’s in the middle of the medina so any size pool was a bonus . If your going to Marrakesh you won’t go wrong with this place

We were 4 people in the same room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was big and has a good layout. The breakfast was amazing, and everything was freshly home made. Aziz, the owner of the Riad, is kind and helpful. He is a delightful person. He has arranged everything for us, trasfer to the airport, dinner at the riad and he gave us many advices. The dinner there was one of the best we had. The riad is in an amazing position and pretty safe. Our stay was amazing

Nothing, everything was perfect

Love the Riad - central and close to main roads walking distance. Area was safe and decent location and value for money. Worth if you looking to spend the day out and about over a a relaxing pool break. Rooms were quite big, nice bathroom and hot water. Breakfast was fresh every morning and served by the host. Amazing host who is there everyday and very helpful who helped us during the stay - Musafafa. you was an amazing!! Top man.

This place was a gem. It's close to all the attractions, but far enough that you get a quiet nice sleep. Although there is a mosque next to it, you don't hear them at all. The property itself was so cute and cozy with a breakfast area, terrace with a pool and wonderful staff. Aziz was absolutely a fantastic host and provided Moroccan mint tea with Moroccan pastries upon arrival. He was so helpful and let us leave our luggage. Mustapha was so friendly and accommodating with breakfast and dinner. We had to leave early one morning and he was able to still provide us with breakfast. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with various juice, tea, coffee, bread, jams, eggs and moroccan pancake. Everything was amazing and we would love to stay again in the future!

Nothing really. The only thing was the last day, there was a smell coming out of the bathroom, so not sure what that was about. Everything else was fabulous.

Peaceful, immaculate Riad in the centre of Marrakesh. We loved the calm space, beautiful decor and friendly, helpful staff. We had an evening meal in the Riad on our first night and it was delicious. The lamb, prune and almond tagine was the best we had during our time in Morocco, our kids are still talking about it! Breakfast was lovely and the mint tea a real treat. There is no direct taxi access to the Riad, you are dropped about a easy 5 min walk from the entrance.
