We were here for 7 days and I was pleasantly surprised with how good our experience was. The riad is situated within vicinity of the Medina which is really convenient as we were a walking distance from all the souks and landmarks. The riad itself is beautiful and extremely well kept due to the cleaners who made sure it remained spotless every day. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Big shout out to Moustaffa and Abdou who made sure we were comfortable and helped with any queries or things we should be aware of. They also aided in booking and suggesting excursions. This is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech and I for sure will visit again when I’m back.

The staff was really amazing. Special mention to Mustafah and Abdul who were extremely kind, smiling all the time and always giving us advice, information and tips on how to explore the city. Also the women taking care of the breakfast and the rooms were very friendly. The riad is lovely. Decorated with taste. The breakfast was super good every morning, and very filling!! Overall, it is a great place to stay while in Marrakech!

The only not so good thing I could say about our stay was that our room was right beside the road’s door and so we could hear other tourists coming in and out all night. But I am sure that other rooms are very quiet since the riad is a calm haven inside the medina.

The road has recently been restored and it’s beautiful, truly gorgeous ambience, furniture, terrace etc. It was so new the room had no lock from the inside, just a padlock to secure from outside when leaving the room. Unusual, and although the place felt safe I expect the owners will want to fix things so that if guests want to lock their doors while in their rooms, such as at night, they can. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially with way finding in the Medina. Breakfast was lovely too.

The riad was a bit tricky to find, deep into the Medina, hence the helpful staff was a necessity at times, especially at night when the shops shut and reference points go missing. Part of the charm but good to memorise the way from some of the Medina landmarks as network coverage is also patchy in the area.

The Riad was amazing, we loved the vibe, the staff, the confort of the room. The staff was so nice and helped us a lot. We had some trips booked early in the morning and they were so kind and prepared a take-away breakfast for us two days in a raw. The breakfast itself was so good, with traditional bread and all kinds of homemade goodies that was served on the rooftop terrace. Also, we needed to use the laundry and even if they didn't had this in-house option, they sent out articles with the towels and bedsheets and we got them back the day after, nice and clean and for a very small price. Quite close to the Riad, few minutes walk is an Exchange office that could be useful if you want to change the currency and has a good exchange rate.

The Riad is in Medina so the cars like taxis cannot drive right in front of a hotel, so you need to have like a 5-10 minutes walk. Also, for some people might seem complicated to find it, since the entire Medina is a maze, but we didn't find it so challenging. However, all the pick-up points and taxis are outside Medina, so you need to plan extra time to get there.

Everyone at the Riad was excellent, Youssef and the other guy was very helpful, answered all our questions one of them even walked us to a beautiful restaurant on our first night. The ladies at breakfast and cleaning our room were brilliant they went above and beyond. Special thanks to them! Breakfasts was very nice on the rooftop! The Riad is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and the room had aircon too but we didn’t need to use it. The location is good too it’s in a quiet side street but it very safe with some locals residents and other Riads around. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Well-designed room: beds upstairs on a mezzanine floor which left plenty of space for a shower room, sitting area, wardrobe and luggage storage downstairs. Enticing rest areas around the riad, drawing you to sit down with a coffee and a book. Attractive roof terrace with terracotta pots of bougainvillea, and lit at night. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delightful when the weather was dry, but there was also a particularly friendly and relaxed atmosphere when it was served downstairs in the inner courtyard on a wet morning. No-one swam in the pool and we weren’t sure whether it was purely ornamental. All the staff were friendly but we were particularly impressed by a lady in the role of housekeeper(?) who seemed really on top of her job as well as genuinely warm. I’m very sorry I didn’t catch her name.

It would have been very difficult to find but they kindly arranged for someone to meet us in the main square when we arrived the first evening. After that we were careful to keep track of where we were and satnav worked on our phones most of the time.

The Riad was very beautiful & stunning, very conveniently located close to souks & restaurants in Medina. We arranged for pick-up service from airport. They met us at the taxi point and took us and our luggage to the riad, greeted us with mint tea. At first it was slightly scary the way to the Riad, but it was just because it was our first time in Morocco. The room was amazing & they cleaned our room each day. Breakfast was lovely & it was served at wonderful roof top, and everyone was so welcoming. Abdul and Mustafa were extremely friendly. All the staff took care of us very well. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality and making our stay very special!

Everything was great

Our stay at Riad N’S was exceptional. The staff were amazing. They were so helpful with everything and they were so friendly. The Riad was so clean and beautiful, a testament to the staff! Breakfast was delicious every morning and we had dinner on our last night at the Riad and it was one of our best meals while in Marrakesh! Riad N’S is such a beautiful place to stay with such a great location. So relaxing, safe and quiet providing us with such a nice breakaway. Our flight home was very early in the morning and When we got up, one of the staff members Abdul was waiting for us to walk us to our taxi, with a packed breakfast which was so nice and made us feel so safe walking in the dark. Not only will I be recommending Riad N’S to anyone going to Marrakesh but I will definitely be staying there again! Riad N’S was definitely a highlight of our trip to Morocco!

The location was great, in the middle of the Mdina. During the evening hours there is a security guy that lead you to the door of the Riad what gives you a extra safe feeling. The Riad it self is unique. The only thing we missed was coffee/tea on the room. But if you ask the staff it will be arranged straight away :-)

The room of the Riad is nice but you miss some facilities you have on a normal hotel room. On the other side, that is maybe the charm of a Riad. Staff was really nice and helpful.

I really liked the design and the hospitality of the people, Abdul was very nice too. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect right in Medina everything was very close. We were suggested to visit all the different sightseeings by Abdul. The room was very clean and nice and they would clean it every day too.

I feel like the price is quite high, the value you get is good but the price could be less. Also, we asked for a tour suggestion in Agafay desert which we enjoyed but we were asked 60 EUR per person, and then I found out that these tours usually cost around 30 EUR per person so I feel like I was a bit fooled. Same maybe for the taxi/transfer 20EUR per person I guess you can pay much less if you take the normal taxi.
