The receptionists Diana and Aziz.

If you contact Aziz, make sure you do in French, b/c if you ask in English (like I did) about parking he says "OK" and so on, while the instructions about parking in their listing are only in French...It caused us an aggravation b/c as we were driving on the worst street (most probably) in the Marakesh medina, Rue El Gza, we tried to get closer to the riad on a side street (following google maps), without realizing that we HAD to park on the main street (El Gza), which we eventually did and were a bit extorted by person who helped us carry our suitcases in cart... Other than this minor detail, everything was great, especially the staff (Diana, Aziz and the kitchen ladies) : )

Perfect Riad for what we wanted. Great location a couple of turns from a busier Medina street. Nice and peaceful, spacious room with an incredibly comfortable bed. Hair dryer and lovely toiletries provided. Breakfast was an absolute feast and all delicious, provided by really friendly people. They even brought us a packed breakfast the night before we had an early start which was lovely. The staff were also super helpful in letting us keep our bags at the riad whilst we went for a hike in the atlas mountains. Definitely recommend staying here!

Nothing to dislike!

We did not regret our intuitive choice to book a room for a week's stay at this place in a walking distance from the main historical sights of Marrakech. Kind and helpful staff provides guests with take-away breakfast on request for early sightseeing trips. It is possible to enjoy a roof terrace.

It was necessary to get used to generally rather weak and occasionally insufficient water supply in the bathroom.

We had a short but great stay at the riad, all the staff were very friendly. We were 3 friends sharing and the room was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The internal courtyard was lovely and peaceful. The rooms face the central courtyard but there was no problem with noise. We didn't spend much time on the rooftop but it is a big space with a lovely covered area.

The bathroom door wouldn't close properly

A little hidden gem in the middle of the Media. Staff is going above and beyond to help you, always with a smile. The cooking is exceptional and I ended up eating there every night. Once you have found your sense of orientation all is good. The maps of Marrakesh are a lousy support and you get easyly list and thus an easy target for the hustlers. I used map.me after the 1stday and all was well. On my last day, theylet me use the room up til the end with no extra charge as my return flight was only in the early evening. Make sure you orderyour airport grandfer with them, any other driver will just drop you and it's still a little walk with no signs inside the Medina to get to the Riad. I wokld stay there again.

Check-in has already been an adventure, since the Townhouses/Riads in the Medina are not accessible by car, due to the very narrow passages between the housing facades. But, as soon as the taxi--which I took from the airport, right after arriving shortly after 10 PM---stopped at the intersection "Rue lamsouber", a couple of kids were running towards me and asked for the name of my designated Riad. This is not being done out of sheer courtesey, but for some kids an existential necessity, because they depend on the (10-20) Dls they are getting for that service. Once I arrived close to 11 PM, I was cordially greeted and directed to my room at the basement/patio level with the entrance door facing the light-flooded patio. Although I had booked breakfast only, the wonderful staff served snacks and tea several times at different hours. Once I walked out for the major sightseeings of the medina, I aquainted myself with the surroundings and realized that there was a bus station near the double-arc entrance gate of the medina, so that I had chosen that bus station for my ensuing trip to the beautiful coastal town of Essaouira. At night it was pretty chilly in Marrakesh, due to the elevation of that attractive city, but during the daytime it warmed up to 22 °C in the early part of March.

You need to be prepared to shower with relatively cold water, since that was the only water emerging from the mixer-type faucets. A TV in the general area would perhaps be a good idea, for those watching the news, etc.

Lovely, small Riad. Excellent location, walking distance to all major sights. Located in Medina, still quiet. Room was nice, and there was AC with heating option. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Friendly owner and staff. Comfortable, quiet room (2) on first floor. Decent breakfast in courtyard. Good location within medina. A takeaway breakfast was offered on 2 days when we had early departure for excursions. Recommended.

Abdul and the staff are excellent! Breakfast is always good. Heater in the room works very well. Bed was comfortable enough. Even being on the first floor, it was quiet (guests were respectful). Walking to the Medina takes about 15 minutes. Hands down the best chicken Tajin we had! Greet the staff with a smile and they will always make your day brighter!

The riad is so inside a maze it would be hard to find it on your own. Best to ask for a pickup from your host so they can help you on your first day. It also rained hard on our first day so bedroom got flooded being on the ground floor. No problem bcz host moved us to a different room. They cleaned our room and we moved back again after one night.

The hospitality was amazing. Zackariah exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. He walked us from our taxi to the Riad and back again when we left. He was always bringing up tea and snacks without asking for it. He went out to get wine we liked and ingredients to make us an amazing homemade salad when we were hungry. Would recommend this Riad to anyone!!
