We had a fantastic stay at Riad Tasneem thanks to the Riad manager, Islam. As two young, solo female travelers during our entire stay, Islam made sure we were accommodated for. Answering questions at any time of day via WhatApp, ensuring our meals aligned with our day activities in the city, and giving us recommendations of how to navigate the Medina & Souks, he was the reason why we had a phenomenal time. He went above and beyond for us, always kind and helpful!!! We would recommend this Riad to anyone because of him. Thank you Islam--we will definitely be booking again when we return. As for the property itself, it is in the city centre and very centrally located. Our room and bathroom was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was excellent with bread, olives, and tea provided promptly. We had our own private bathroom that was outside the room, but enclosed. Beautiful views and quiet facilities. We loved it.

It can get noisy at night as the Riad is located within the city centre and many families live there, which can be expected.

We found this riad, small and beautiful and with best hosteged, And just a walk from Jema El Fnna The hostest were most generous and helped us with everything, whatever we needed I would always want to come back to Islam, his mother, and this beautiful person and woman who was cleaning Sorry, but I have forgotten their names, and that is a shame. Forgive me🙏❤️

The hotel is well located in the Medina and fairly easy to find. The room was nicely decorated although it was a little cold and the A/C had a hard time keep the room warm. The breakfast location was lovely on the roof terrace overlooking the city and the food was fab too.

There is no actual door to the bathroom so it is in the same airspace as the rest of the room. Beware that if you need a pick up for an excursion or taxi to the airport. vehicles cannot access the road where the hotel is located. This means a 10-minute trek to the main square for pick-ups.

We had such a lovely time at this beautiful riad! We were warmly welcomed. Islam, the staff guy was kind and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, with charming decor that captured the spirit of Morocco perfectly. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh local ingredients and traditional flavors. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Practically every aspect was ok: nice room, clean, nice stuff. What exceeded my expectations was breakfeast that was delicious, I miss it already.

The one thing that I can really complain was the bed that was very inconvenient. I can See that there aren't many complains about it, maybe it was only in my room, but both of us were waking Up with an horrible back pain, first day WE thought that maybe it's a coincidence, but every morning happened the same :(

Hotel was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Location was great and breakfast was delicious. AC was a huge plus ! Hisham was hotel’s best asset! Very welcoming, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need from teaching me how to recognize genuine leather and silver , to getting my jacket dry cleaned, to showing me how to get to the main square on my first night to pretty much getting me everything I need or connecting me with the right person. I’m so thankful for his hospitality and making my stay in Morocco unforgettable. Also I booked transportation thru hotel but it took me 2 hours to get thru customs and the driver and Hisham waited for me even though it was past midnight and at that point I wasn’t expecting anyone to wait up on me. Really can’t say enough good things.

The Riad is gorgeous. Every corner is beautiful and the view is wonderful as well. Our room was very quiet despite being on the ground floor. We received room service daily, our room was cleaned up and our towels often changed. Mohamed was a wonderful host, always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and portions were generous. We honestly had such a lovely time, we will definitely be back.

Hisham (Host) meet us at the Jemaa el-Fnaa market and took us to the Raid, which was very helpful being our 1st time in Marrakech. He was very thoughtful, friendly and knowledgable, explaining the alleys and many activities to do as a local in Marrakech. The location of the Riad is excellent as within the Medina! All walkable, yet if ever one needed transport for further afield, taxis are well located within the Jemaa el-Fnaa area. We had an en-suite room which is typically Morrocan in decor with the tiles, colours and interesting shower dome. The breakfast is simple, typical of a local breakfast. The views from the breakfast rooftop/veranda are impressive! Good value stay.

As inner Median, some bike noises are heard, yet this Raid is down a quieter alley and is all part of the Medina inner city life, which enjoyed the vibe.

The Riad's enchanting blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and contemporary comforts creates a truly immersive and inviting atmosphere. The intricate tilework, serene courtyard, and attentive staff make it a memorable and authentic experience.

Occasionally, the children from the neighboring property were a bit noisy in the evening, but overall, it didn't significantly impact the tranquility of our stay.

Absolutely loved the place - from location to the Staff - everything! And the upstairs terrace with the mountain view - nothing else to ask! Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, answered all the questions we had, room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable, shower water hot. Definitely will stay in Riad Tasneem when back to Morocco!
