The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy- Ali and Suleiman (sorry if spelt wrong!) were always checking that we’d had a nice day and helped us navigate prices at the Souks! Their motto is “arrive as a guest, leave as a friend” and we really felt that this rings true. The food is also amazing, rooms beautiful and spotless, and the central garden is a relaxing oasis to sit back in and have a mint tea.

The pool wasn’t filled during our stay but it didn’t bother us since the weather didn’t get hot enough for us to need it.

Absolute gem in the a great location. We booked the transfer through the Riad and they showed us directly to the front door which was especially useful when arriving at night! Lovely walk to the main square (10/15 mins ish) through the market stalls. Close to many attractions. More importantly though the staff were brilliant! Abdu and Medi (apologies if spellings are wrong!) were wonderful and super helpful, as were all staff we encountered. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask and all were friendly. We felt right at home. We were offered mint tea and biscuits on arrival. We ordered some food when sunbathing by the pool (which was a bit too cold for myself to get in but my boyfriend did brave it) and that was delicious! Breakfast was lovely too, especially on the beautiful terrace. The riad itself was gorgeous. We were given excellent recommendations for food and drinks, as well as various attractions. Would definitely recommend and will return if I’m ever back in Marrakesh.

I loved it all and this wasn’t a problem for us but the beds were a bit narrow so if you’re someone who likes your space you may struggle

We really liked the fact that the interior garden was beautiful. The breakfast was served with care each morning. The room was cleaned every day and the room had more than one option of heat when getting cold at night. My girlfriend got roses on Valentine's day from the staff that was a nice touch

The room we stayed in was not in the pictures. It was one of the rooms in that category as we were later pointed out, but the only picture of it was the sink in the bathroom. This was misleading. The entrance door is an old door but it has gaps in it, if the people outside are noisy you can hear them very clearly. The bathroom door didn't close and the sink had 2 levels stopped or immense flow. The toilet basin filled in 40 minutes once emptied.

Beautiful Riad with lovely staff. Check in was perfect, filled with great information and tips for the area. Breakfast was great. I was leaving early so letting the team know the night prior gave them the chance to have it prepared for me in time. Riad is in a fun area to explore and easy to get to the main square.

Pool area could do with a shaded area as the midday sun can be brutal. Pool area is quite small so hopefully there's no bratty kids running wild with their parents not caring as there was for me. Zero fault of the staff and Riad, just parents not taking into account there's other guests in the hotel.

If I come back to Marrakech once more in my life, I'll book my stay here with no doubts at all! Excellent staff, room, terrace, swimming pool, breakfast, everything! We couldn't expect a better service since everything has been special. To make it more perfect, they gave us a bigger room so we comfortably had bigger spaces and two bathrooms, beside a direct access from our room to the beautiful terrace.

The Medina is a very chaotic place (but the best place to stay for all your visits), and you quickly get used to hanging there around, but at the beginning it can be a little hard, so, if I can only give one suggestion, I would recommend the staff to put around more evident indications to reach the structure in order to help guests better.

Loved the ambience and the staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. Service was great and they answered every query politely and to our satisfaction. Very informative.with positive advice.

Our room was uncomfortably close to the dining and social area. We were woken each morning by early breakfasters and we conducted our conversations in whispers.. The walk to the property was spooky at first, but this eventually added to the experience.

Beautiful Riad right in the heart of the city. The staff were amazing and could not do enough to help us. Their advice was invaluable and spending 15 mins talking to them and looking at the map was well worth the time. Breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop each day and the bedrooms were cleaned regularly. I’d highly recommend staying here and will recommend it to others who want to visit this vibrant city.

Our stay was amazing thanks to this wonderful Riad and their staff. We are very thankful especially to Mohamed and Suleyman for being so helpful and polite. Mohamed explained to us very well the streets and famous attractions, he also helped us with translating and having conversations with guides. The staff helped my boyfriend in arranging a birthday surprise for me. Our rooms were cleaned every day, it was very tidy. Again very big thanks to those amazing and kind people that took part of making our holiday wonderful.

We truly had an amazing time at this beautiful Riad, perfectly located in the Medina. Joyful moments on the rooftop terrace with mint tea and yummy breakfast. It felt like coming into a little oasis. The pool is small but great for a quick dip to cool down The staff had a real eye for details and the interior was charming. Best of all was the outstanding service and nice team working there. We got help whenever we needed it and great advice and tips. 10/10. Our stay at the Riad made us have an amazing home to escape to from the buzz outside. We highly recommend a stay at this Riad.
