Wow! Words cannot describe how great this experience was. An easy, easy, easy 11/10. We were blown away by the riad and its facilities. Do not let the lack of reviews (at the time of writing) deter you from staying here. You need to trust me, this place is paradise. We had previously summited Mount Toubkal and were looking for a place with a nice, quiet, clean pool to rest our tired bodies - and we got that with SO much more. The main common area with the pool is stunning and was meticulously cleaned. Service was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Yassine and Hassan!! They were such wonderful, professional hosts and gave us amazing service along with great advice about Marrakech. We were lucky to have them around. Outside of the main pool, there is also a HUGE terrace with day beds, couches, tables, and a fricking jacuzzi. Fun fact: there are only 4 rooms here (the one we had was large and beautiful) so you will never feel crowded. We only ran into one other couple and felt like we had our own space at all times. Lastly, they have a traditional hammam spa right beside the pool. My wife and I both got the deluxe package and it was an amazing experience! I felt like a new person afterward. I forget the lady's name who provided the service, but she is a pro and made us feel so pampered and comfortable. A must-do if you stay here! I'm telling you now, once the secret is out about this place, you will have a hard time getting a room. Bonus: they also have a riad tortoise (just a little one) who hangs out on the terrace and eats plants! I thought it was fake at first lol.

Everything! Stunning riad in the middle of the marrakech medina. Friendly and very helpful stuff, clean and beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Our highlight was the jacuzzi with a view over the city. Absolutely recommend this riad

Excellent riad, we stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It served as a perfect escape from the busy Medina, with a lovely central area (including a plunge pool) and a beautiful rooftop terrace (with a hot-tub). The room was comfy, nicely-decorated and with very effective air-conditioning. The staff were all very accommodating (Saif and Souhail in particular) and gave us lots of helpful information. They also have couscous parties once a week, which was great fun, including use of the bar!

The party did go on quite late and was pretty loud.

Riad Rim was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were accommodating from the minute we arrived and the Riad was a place of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff offered recommendations, were very communicative and were able to accommodate for my gluten free diet with lots of different options. We would definitely recommend staying here.

There was a small communication issue about our airport transfer when we arrived, but this was resolved by the Riad manager.

Exceptional place, what a gem! The room we had was huge- probably 40 square meters, with the dressing room, corridor and huge bathroom, all newly and beautifully renovated Moroccan style by the French family that owns it. Absolutely stunning place in the centre of the old town! The staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and caring. The manager Yasin and the young man Anas were so attentive and kind. There is a roof bar that serves local wines and beer, they can cool your own bottle from the airport, a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a plunge pool downstairs. You can arrange a taxi with the riad, as the place cannot be found easily. Taxis are cheap and Yasin will assist you. Thanks for having us, Riad RIM!

The breakfast didn't meet any basic expectations but the lady was very nice and kind. There were no eggs, ham, fruits, veggies, croissants, etc. A bit noisy in the morning when they prepare the 2-3 tables for breakfast, if you are a light sleeper like me.

Everything! This is by far the best place I have been to with regards to hospitality, friendliness, knowledge, location, cleanliness, food and the cocktails ! We will 100% be returning. We cannot wait to visit you again. Huge huge thanks to Jalal. He is a credit to Riad Rim and the reason our stay was so perfect. Nothing. Everything was perfect

After spending time searching for the perfect Riad for our Christmas family holiday I can say this place was perfect. Centrally located, great facilities, clean and best of all the staff were amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We highly recommend this place. We look forward to returning in the future.

Had a lovely roof terrace and dining area, as well as a few different areas to relax in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was very nice. Room was very comfortable, and clean and tidy. Very small place so you feel like you have the place to yourself.

It was a bit difficult to find the place initially, as taxis aren’t able to get all the way there because of the narrow streets. Be careful about accepting help from anyone to get there. Also, the hot tub on the roof unfortunately wasn’t working properly when we were there.

The Riad is really a good place where to stay, it was always clean and the breakfast is plenty of choice. I want to say thank you to the manager Yassine that every time we needed he was always available, he took care about us from the beginning of the holiday ‘til the end. Dinner at the riad is really good as well. And a big thank you to Anas that was always there since the 6pm until the 11 in the morning always available for us.
