We loved the terrace with sun loungers, pool and views across the city. Our four-person room was spacious and comfortable. My children loved both pools and the generous breakfast. We appreciated the mint tea and biscuits on arrival after a long journey, and the tea/coffee station on the ground floor. The staff were all very welcoming and kind. The cafes and restaurants of Place des Ferblantiers are a short walk away and Jemaa al fna is only 10-15 min away via the popular rue Riad Zitoun el Jedid.

No complaints at all! We found Marrakesh much more fumey than on our previous visit (many years ago), mainly due to all the mopeds, but that is nothing to do with the riad!

We only stayed one night before our flight out, but could definitely opt for this riad in case of more nights. Really friendly, pro-active staff, nicely Moroccan style decorated rooms and conveniently located close to most regular visits within the medina. The little pool on top is great for the view and to cool off in case of high summer temps. We only dipped in it quickly.

Not much. It’s an old building so watch your noise through the night/morning.

One the best service so far, very comforting place, oasis in itself, was upgraded for free, mosaic tiles everywhere impressed me …. Delicious breakfast, Saeed, the chef, serviceman, receptionist…. Was very nice and helpful …. As it’s a riad near town centre hence parking is paid separately at a nearby parking place. Overall we loved every bit of this place.

The staff from Riaf View Point (Abdul and Assis) were just wonderful! Very welcoming and kind, always exceeding themselves on ways to help us. The room was clean and truly comfortable. The breakfast was also great! Location wise, you are a 20 min walking from the center of the medina which is great as you are not exactly in the middle of the mess. The rooftop was very nice with a great view over the city. As we were arriving late at night, they've contact us in advance and prepared a nice and traditional meal on our arrival.

We loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Assia especially - she went above and beyond in helping when we encountered unfortunate circumstances in Marrakech. They helped arrange pick up from the airport which was convenient after long travel days. Cozy riad in a great location just outside the Medina. Would stay here again in the future!

Very nice staff. A bit hard to communicate Im English but they made the effort. Nice room. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Tips where to eat and good directions how to move around the Riad. Kept our bags until we had to leave to the airport.

Located on a residential area. A bit 'desert' at night to get to the center.

A lovely little riad with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very at home, going above and beyond to provide us with food when we arrived late and sending us off with a packed breakfast when we had an early departure. A chilled atmosphere, slightly away from the main medina’s hustle and bustle, with a gorgeous roof terrace. Would highly reccomend!

The hosts were very very helpful and welcoming. Abdul was always there to offer advice on where the go and what to do and can help with organising trips. He also prepared lovely breakfast for us. The view from the rooftop is also great. We can definitely recommend the place and would happily stay there again. Marrakech rocks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good and the service even better. We also enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view on the rooftop. Our room was large and quite comfortable. We would stay again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Really tasty dinner and breakfast for very honest decent prices. Quiet location. Clean beds and towels and fresh air, compared to other damp, humid old buildings.

We stayed in the big quadruple room you can see from the little pool, under the top terrace and it was noisy when people were moving chairs and going up and down. Nothing crazy but be aware. The pool wasn’t very clean but I guess we were some of the very few who used it in February.
