Excellent location, a 2-minute walk from Rabat Ville train station, and a walking distance from most of the main attractions in Rabat. The room has a big TV with Internet and YouTube. The bed is comfortable. Everything was clean. Special thanks to the reception team, especially Jawad, Hind, Moath, and Sohail.

Just nitpicking: The room is not 100% noise proof, but the neighbourhood and the other rooms are quiet overall. Wish they provide slippers, toothpaste/toothbrush, and set the bidet (shatafa) to the right side of the toilet. The breakfast is basic, yet good. The corridor is pinch dark until the motion sensor triggers the light. Again, just nitpicking here.

Easy walking distance from the Rabat Ville train station (and airport bus stop there), the medina markets, and main attractions. Great hotel communication, and helpful staff such as Mr. S.H. Ismail. Modern updated rooms, bath, comfy beds. The bus will cost 25 MAD. Hotel tax will cost 50 MAD (separate from booking, upon arrival). A taxi for an early flight through the hotel will be 250 MAD per question to them - recommended for early morning flights outbound. However, DO NOT use Booking.com's third party taxi service (Get-E) which claimed by phone that they never got my reservation and never showed up, though Booking.com texted me to expect them. So, with help from Mr. Ismail at 4 AM, I was able to get a taxi in time for my 6 AM flight. I took a walking tour from the station, and then did a leisurely hike back from the tour end at the Mohammed V Mausoleum (a fair distance) though the local neighborhoods and to buy some essentials. I suggest a MINIMUM of 300 MAD cash in hand for these things, The tram line is also nearby (to Sale'). Many restaurants and local coffee shops are nearby also. I really liked Rabat and the friendly people there.

Road noise may be heard from street-facing rooms, with a major roadway 100 meters away.

We selected this hotel because we planned several train day trips and it was perfect. The hotel is about two blocks from the station. There are several delicious eating spots nearby so the location is really good for a traveller. The hotel staff Souhail, Himcl and Jamad were terrific and always very helpful with suggestions and making sure that our stay was comfortable. The room is sizable and looked just like the photos. I loved the bed and the breakfast was amazing and filling. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed pretty much the stay. Ismail was very friendly at the reception and Wisam helped us a lot during the dinner and breakfast times. It was amazing that the hotel had its F&B facilities open during the Eid Al-Adha since nothing was open for us to eat out of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic as well as the hotel location - it's exactly 5 min walking from the train station (Rabat Ville) and tram station. Excellent shower system.

Cleanliness of rooms could be improved. We found a lot of long hair in the room's floor. Moreover, the AC sometimes stopped working showing an error code. But that didn't impact much in our stay.

It was a very a good stay. I spent a quick night there during our Morocco trip. It is a small hotel, with a small attached restaurant. The rooms are very well decorated, quite, comfortable, and very clean. We appreciated the air-conditioning, as it was really cold outside, and the room was warm and cozy with the heating. Breakfast was outstanding, it was classic Moroccan buffet breakfast, all items were fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly and courteous.

The room was nice and clean, we really loved the huge bathroom and especially the shower. A lot of lights with varying degrees of brightness to suit everyone across the room. Very quiet when the windows are closed. Breakfast was quite nice and fresh. We had a good evening rest and chose the hotel because of the great locations as we had a lot of places we wanted to see nearby.

The bathroom didn't really have ventilation which made it a bit odd.

The breakfast and dinner options were delicious; in fact, the meals were so delightful that I dined there twice during my stay. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond by promptly assisting me with an unexpected request for a pair of scissors in the middle of the night, highlighting their dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience at NJ Hotel was fantastic, and I would gladly choose to stay here again. From the excellent service to the comfortable rooms and delicious meals, this hotel truly stands out for its exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This lovely hotel is one of a kind. Being small boutique type hotel is suits extremely well to those who look for Individualized service, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The service and staff will go on and beyond to serve you well. Quiet and clean premises, beds extremely comfortable. Oussama and Mauod: what a service!! They are so helpful and always smiling! Seems that the owner take such good care of the people. It shows. It is uplifting to see that also the staff is taken care of and treated well. It shows! For a tourist it makes it reassuring to see that service is authentic. If you value good service and calm surroundings, NJ is your place. Thank you! We will be back!

The location is excellent, and as we were lucky enough to get one of the free hotel parking slots, our car was immediately outside the reception. The staff were superb, very attentive and flexible with any requests or questions. We felt very well looked after. The rooms are well proportioned and the rollaway bed for my (16-year old) son was very comfortable.

These are minor points or personal preference, and we would stay again: The WiFi was poor in our room. The bed and the pillows were very firm (some people may prefer that) The breakfast is advertised as continental, but even so, there was a very limited choice - although the fruit was very fresh and juicy and the coffee was excellent.
