We never expected this hotel to be so luxurious. We found this hotel online and booked it at under Rs 1.5k for 1 night for 2 people on offer price, usually the money needed is 3.5k otherwise. The cost of breakfast is included in that price. There are plenty of hotels around but this one easily stands out with its design, especially at night. The receptionist is polite and very helpful with the queries. They have a functioning lift in the building. A smart key card shaped like a normal bank card is provided and is needed in the room to enable all the lights, tvs and fans in the room. The clean rooms are very quiet, soundproofing is real here. The management is really great along with the customer service. The breakfast we chose was Asian and Continental. Service was quick and the behaviour of the staff was friendly. The taste was amazing as well. Overall, it was an exciting and peaceful experience. Thank You Palazzo. Booked it again for this weekend. ☺️

One of the customers was complaining about the tap water not being clean and said the water was a bit brown in color but we didn't notice that in our room.

Room was clean. Ac was working very well, but the food was not good at all. Biryani was full of oil, can’t tell biryani but it was like fried rice cooked in enough oil. Lachaa paratha OMG horrible. The CHEF just served AATA Roti and named it Lachaa Paratha which just took place of PAPAD in less then a 5 minutes. Need to change the CHEF. Hospitality is very good, room is clean, overall good expect the food.

The hotel is exceptionaly different than the surrounding hotels and the rooms are as advertised and we got an amazing deal. The included breakfast was of our choice and in comfort of our room which was very good. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant which serve good nepali cuisine.

The room lacked ac but they had a wall mounted fan which i guess is acceptable for standard rooms but it got a little warm in the night time.

I stayed at Hotel Palazzo Kalanki yesterday, and it's one of the best in the Kalanki area. Perfect for both couples and families, the hotel offers a peaceful, cool environment away from the city's noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kathmandu!

Peace environment friendly staff and food was delicious, restaurant view was so nice we can see whole city from rooftop restaurant.

Overall everything was nice I like the location where we can fell peace no noises and rooftop restaurant with beautiful vally view.

Everything was good.

Eyes started having a burning sensation when we entered the room. There is no proper ventilation through the window with an outside view or fresh air coming into the room we stayed in.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff is super friendly and kind. Located next to local markets.

Cleanness in general is fine but the shower walls can be improved.
