I was there with my family, I feel at the beginning bit weird but at the end it was really nice stay. Breakfast was really great and staff are very nice!

Hotel is bit old, need to be repaired, sometimes hot water doesn't work otherwise it's really great and cheap!

Clean room, nice staff, water supply in bathroom, breakfast and location were also good. Although the room we booked had no window, the air circulation was fine. It was lucky to stay here.

Location was perfect for me, motorcycle rental next door and a short walk away from Durbar Square

The property is in need of a refurbishment, the rooms are a little scruffy but reasonable value for money in Kathmandu Room at the front was very noisy at night

Breakfast was really good and the service was stunning. Kamal at the reception was really helpful and cheerful! He helped me find the best barber shop and manage the best transfer to the airport!

Wonderful manager who helped us with local information and was very attentive. We extended our stay as the room was spacious , good breakfast, and location good for sightseeing and main tourist areas.

Noisy courtyard

The best value for money private room I found in Thamel in the off season. Good location close to main Thamel streets but still enough distance away to be quiet. Decent sized comfortable bed, good bathroom, shower and toilet. Good wifi. Nice little rooftop area to chill at night. Even had some decent furniture in the room. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Really recommended if you want a good value private room.

In the first room I got the ceiling fan was very noisy so they put me in a new room. Rooms are a little warm, but the fan more than makes up for that.

Value for money and good location

Cockroaches. No toilet paper and never cleaned after I move. Very clean or arrival. Roof terrace sold it for but was full of junk and not pleasant.

The staff are amazingly helpful with everything. I have been to Nepal before so knew I did not have to book more than my flights over. Once I arrived I compared a few tourist places then also the Hotel Pomelo's trekking offerings later going with the Hotel Pomelo's trek. The guide from the hotel, his name is Ganesh is a fantastic person and Guide. The rooms for the price range were very good. We now have 2 days left on our trek and will be staying at the Hotel Pomelo for our last 3 nights in Kathmandu. Thank you to the hotel staff and Ganesh.

Staff were great! Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed here a few times. Not a real busy area but wasn't far to walk to find lots of shops. Breakfast was good.

Massive room with super comfortable bed. Very accommodating staff and fantastic location right next to Thamel. They also help you book tours/buses. Good level of cleanliness.

The included breakfast was good but on some days the potatoes were hard. We were on the street side which can be pretty noisy.
