This hotel is conveniently located in Thamel. The staff were all professional, friendly and very patient with a foreigner, me! I was greeted with pleasant smiles and namastes whenever I saw them. Room service was timely and portions were perfect. They also provided local information and arranged for our trip by bus to Pokhara.

Location is great, access to three main streets that lead off to the main tourist area and the Square. Across from the hotel is a great restaurant called Rosemary cafe. Staff are really helpful and polite, room cleaning and the hotel areas was spotless. Try and book rooms such as 102 202 302 as they have external windows to the garden area at the back of the hotel and it is also quiet away from the road.

Some more choice for breakfast, but you can ask for things off menu.

I like their customer service, when i checked female receptionist was friendly and helpful. Liked the room too, room size is perfect for single person even for 2 person. It very reasonable and clean. I took shower at late night in this cold weather still i got hot water which impressed me a lot. Staffs are friendly and serve you with beautiful smile. Surely visit again.

I asked for wake a call but didn't get any and when i asked the reception guy he said he was busy with a group. Please treat group and single guest equally. Again i asked for my luggages from my room as i was leaving for airport but he was delaying and i didn't asked this time but he said he was busy with something else. It's very small thing but hearing that doesn't sound good. May be you can hire one more staffs for small things.

The check in was not very smooth. There was only one person at the desk and I had to insist to get one more person. I had asked for a higher floor they gave me ground floor may be due to non availability I wouldn't know. The rooms are spacious enough for two pax. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The location is good far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and next to Ambience mall and close to the airport. It is a good property with lot of open spaces and greenery. The breakfast spread is very good.

The staff are exceptional at this hotel. Super friendly, helpful and always obliging. Enjoyed the breakfasts, particularly the Indian breakfasts. Good coffee, too. Rooms are fine though in need of an update, I feel. A lick of fresh paint would help. However, they are clean and quiet and serviced every day. WiFi is generally good.

I'm quite satisfied overall.

Last week i stayed here and i felt very comfortable and helpfull and good staff after a week we went to pokhra we have come back to the same hotel as the services are great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Truly Asia Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect for many of Kathmandu’s main attractions. The rooms are clean, with hot showers and AC. The restaurant downstairs serves very good MoMo and Dhal Bhat, and there are lots of good places to eat, have tea or chill out at near by. The hotel team were super friendly and helped out with local logistics. Would Reccomended to anyone looking for a Kathmandu base whilst sightseeing.

The staff treated me like a family member. They responded to my demands in minutes, The wifi had a very strong connectivity. The location is right in the town and everything is accessible within few minutes walking.

The bedside carpet and the bathroom carpet need replacing quickly. The wardrobe was missing a handle and thre was no keys. Also no safe so, could not lock the valuables, passport, cash etc.. The shower has no enclosures or curtain so the whole bathroom is wet after a shower

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They accommodated all of my requests promptly with smiles.

The walls in my room needed a cleaning or fresh coat of paint. The rug by the bed was soiled and stained.

Impressive service, clean room and attentive as well as very friendly staff made my and my friend's stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect gateway with reasonable prices.
