Centrally-located, but off the main street in a quiet area. WiFi, AC, hot water, as promised. Helpful staff.

The water pressure is so low, the toilet doesn’t fill up, making toilet content difficult to flush. And since there are no alternative means to flush, things can be floating in the bowl for a very very long time. The power sockets are ultra old. The only socket where you can plug in 3-prong plug is so loose, the extension cord plugged in there is holding by a band-aid. You have to check periodically to make sure the juice is flowing (and adjust the band-aid if it’s not).

Property is next to a school, so can be quite loud at times when the kids are playing, but it wasn't excessive. This property charge for an airport pickup $13 USD An indrive (ride share platform) is $5 Little bit pushy on the trekking services

The Hotel is absolutely in the middle of Thammel District & yet far, as it is inside a private lane. The best part is that when you finally retire to your room you are away from the loud music of the restaurants & pubs. Location 5⭐ People/ Staff 5⭐ Breakfast/Meals5⭐

The hotel is slightly old so you may hear a creaks from the doors/windows. Although that's absolutely fine.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is really good. I suggest the Dahl Baat. The location is great. For busy Thamel it is tucked away in a quiet spot. It’s a great value. If you’re planning any tours or tracking be sure to do it through Nepal mountain trekking.

The manager is super nice. He upgraded my room to meet my need of 3 beds. The room was big enough with necessary facilities. They had good wifi coverage and also additional multi-plug, electric kettle etc. Bathroom facilities were good with toiletries and essential supplies, including hot water. They have wonderful chef in their restaurant at the ground floor and the food they serve is superb. I enjoyed both my dinner and the complementary breakfast. The ambience in the restaurant is amazing. It had a book shelf and you can borrow books to read. I liked this a lot. Wholesome food, wholesome stay and worth my money.

The hotel is located in the heart of Thamel and the staff are very humble, polite, and friendly. The food was delicious. There is a garden restaurant in the property which serves a wonderful menu and a peaceful environment.
