I would give above a 10 rating if it were available. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. The staff were amazing. I can say they treated me like a princess. There was nothing they would not do for me. Whatever I needed they were on top of it. True hospitality. I was completely at home. The location could not be better. Hotel Yukhang was right in the center of all sights and sounds. This is my third stay at Hotel Yukhang and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have made friends here and it’s been a life changing experience. Welcome to Kathmandu.

Nothing to dislike at all. The new area of property is changing and growing so there are things going on to accomplish this. There is continued improvement so just be aware it’s all going forward beautifully.

The staffs constantly make sure if my needs are met all gave happy vibes. Mr Santosh Parajuli oriented me wisely with the nearby attraction for me to be safe. He also assited me with the delayed baggage at the airport which i deeply and sincerely appreciate. He always gave an assurance upon my stay at the hotel and other staffs as well. By the way, the food is amazing as well and the service provided by the staffs. They are very detailed so i can get exactly how my food will be served. Thanks to the very friendly staffs.

There are or is no any i can say on this part as i am satisfied.

Great central location, in the heart of Thamel. Clean, well furnished rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a tv with usb port. Kettle, cups and tea provided in room and replenished daily, rooms were also cleaned daily with new towels given daily.

Theres a school nearby and lots of pigeons that hang around outside the room window so it gets noisy from 7am onwards which make its hard to sleep in. Theres no hairdryer in the room = provided on request only and if available. The room decor isnt like the ones in the photos. My room decor was basic / dull which was disappointing. Lighting in room is a bit dim/dark, the bedside table lights didnt work.

I received a very warm welcome by the manager Nawang who also personally picked me up from the airport. The staff at the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, were very prompt and caring. They made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very good and right in the heart of thamel with everything - shops, restaurants, pubs at walking distance. What I liked the most was the staff who treated you just like their own family.

There was nothing that I did not like. Overall it was a great experience and I would strongly recommend Hotel Yukhang.

As it was my time visiting Kathmandu and I just easy choose this hotel from booking.com,The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of thamel which makes easy transportation, easy and comfortable shopping and will find food, scenics sports all nearby. It is definitely a boutique hotel which got lot of tradition and which is enriched with all modern amenities. As we have just spend one night in here which was really luxurious and memorable that we would surely like to choose the same hotel for next time.

There is no hairdryer in the room as they provide on request only.

The property is so clean. They wash the floors every day. Always cleaning walls and windows. Beautiful interiors with genuine turquoise stone accents all in Tibetan culture. The staff was delightful and always making sure the clients need were met. Very close to major historical sites that are all with in walking distance. Great restaurants very close too. Everyone is happy and friendly.

I can not think of a thing to dislike.

Well it was so good I came back. The location in Thamel is good being close to some nice cafes, restaurants and bars, plus the food and drinks on offer at their own cafe is tasty, food and reasonably priced. But the staff are superb.

The noise from nearby club/bar on weekends that’s nearby if you get room on that side of hotel. Other side is fine. Earplugs help if you’re a light sleeper.

Excellent hotel with excellent location and great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. It was clean, stylish, roomy with wonderful service in where I had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s true sample of excellent hospitality.

Great location. The room was super clean. The Staff was awesome. Breakfast buffet had so many options,fresh fruit, pastries and even omelet station. Great way to start the day.

Staff really made me feel at home. The room felt spotless every day.
