I wasn't sure where to stay in Kathmandu so I booked one night at The Address Kathmandu, and as soon as I saw the incredible neighborhood, the friendly and competent staff, as well as the really nice facilities and lovely room, I extended my stay! Everything is really great: the location is right in the middle of the best part of the city, the room is clean and comfortable, bed is cozy, A/C and wifi are strong, breakfasts are *very good* with an excellent buffet and options to have an omelet prepared to your individual taste ...overall it's a first rate hotel which I highly recommend.

The friendly and helpful staff really made my stay in Kathmandu exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the security guard who helped with my luggage, and at the desk, Badri - who is the manager, as well as the entire staff were all so welcoming and throughout my stay, everyone seemed genuinely happy and quite competent in their service. Badri's English is practically perfect - he was extra helpful as he arranged a city tour with a private driver at a reasonable price and also made sure I had an affordable taxi when it was time to go. I highly recommend The Address Kathmandu ... it's REALLY nice and honestly the best.

I had a wonderful experience at The Address Kathmandu Hotel. Located in the lively Thamel area, it’s perfect for exploring Kathmandu’s major attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooftop restaurant offered a great variety of food with stunning city views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. With free Wi-Fi, airport shuttle service, and a peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy area, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers visiting Kathmandu!

Hotel is in the middle of the old city and close to restaurants, bars and walking distance to a lot of touristical attractions. The manager was very kindly and helpfull with all our questions. It is a little bit noisy as it is very close to a night bar. The hotel kitchen was very clean and the breakfast was good for the price we paid. I can only recommend this hotel..

Everything was fine

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. I would especially like to commend staff member Badri Bhujel, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His exceptional service truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect location and very friendly staff. You can easily store you luggage while going to trekking or any other trip. Good buffet breakfast, also there is a rooftop terrace with city view. Lots of options to eat around. Our room was clean and well maintained, AC worked fine without any smell.

Interior looks a bit old, and sometimes it's noisy at night because of nearby night club

This Hotel is perfect the rooms are big. The location is near to everything, The Breakfast. Is super. But most of all the staff are superb, Mr Bhudel, and all his staff Are amazing. What ever you need the Are there I would always stay at this Hotel if in Kathmandu. Thank you.

heavenly bed and pillows , nice shower area, location middle of shops , souvenirs , dress, intl cuisine (thai, japanese etc) nice viewing area in the 5th floor, friendly staff, breakfast is not that great but not that bad compare to others, there eggs , bread , juice

the place is noisy because of the shops and bars but I dont mind,, had good night sleep, dont stay if you need extra quiet place

It was big, with balcony, the bed is soft and I like that there were so many pillows. The bathroom is clean with a hot shower. The hotel is located in a quiet street so there is no loud music and you can get a good sleep.

The breakfast menu could be improved. There was not much options.

The manager in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Simply asked for a double bed and was given a great room, nothing was too much of a trouble. Clean and comfortable room, the best location in thamel, from the moment I landed to the moment I left they where always checking in with me as I walked by and making sure I was comfortable. Great place to relax and recharge after trekking base camp Thank you everyone 💓
