Not only did he exceed my expectations with his attentiveness and helpfulness, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even provided dental kits and shower kits for both adults , making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. The combination of clean rooms, easy booking, and outstanding service, along with the thoughtful additional amenities like dental and shower kits for both adults and kids, truly sets this hotel apart from the rest. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gray Wall International hotel during a business trip, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and quality of accommodation provided. Additionally, there were plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance, making it easy for me to unwind after a long day. The service by Susil at the hotel was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Whether I needed help with directions, recommendations for local attractions, or assistance with my luggage, they were always there to help with a smile. As for the room itself, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were top of the line. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, which added a touch of elegance to my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Gray Wall International hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff was very helpful and always ready to help. Sushil was very co-operative and always there to guide.

Breakfast was very tasty. The staff of Kitchen was very polite.

The location was great and hidden away from the noisy crowd. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful especially The Manager Sushil who was a great help and very friendly. And I would like to Thank Asish as well for such a lovely smile and for small chit chats. This place is a hidden gem. 🌻💛

Missing toilet papers.

The price is very cheap so everything is okay to me. Also receptionist is friendly and nice to offer assistance.

However, one of hotel staff took some of our wrong luggages to airport accidently...... Even they apologized for this mistake but the other day we spent 4 hrs in the airport to look for and finally all valuable stuffs were missing and really wasted our time and energy on whole process. This is definitely an awful experience and hope they could pay more attention to avoid same mistake on next customer.

The staff at this hotel and exceptionally polite and welcoming. Especially the reception staff member DK. I would recommend this hotel and will use again in the future.

Not specific to this hotel, but more the location. Katmandu is a very noisy city and this is the case at night. If you are sensitive to noise be sure to bring ear plugs which will help considerably whether you stay at this hotel or any other.

Very friendly staff- DK is a very helpful brilliant receptionist Sandeep is an exceptional waiter with good manners Susil- the other receptionist, i only met the once, but very helpful also Kiren- supplied me with all the info i needed to travel around the KTM valley Also they now have started serving breakfast and they are currently in the process of building a restuarant in the ground floor

The breakfast is wonderful which is served at the terrace of the hotel! The staffs are very kind, the room is good and it made me feel very comfortable. I would back again! Everything was perfect Mr. Sushil, the Manager of hotel was a nice and cooperative person!
