The room was clean, spacious and nice. You can choose from 6 different breakfast and all are really tasty. The employees are really helpful ! Especially Pragadh, he gives me good advice and a typical Nepali restaurant.

The ambience of the property was awesome. The staff members specifically hotel manger, Ms Shova Adhikari was very helpful and respectful to us. I really liked the space and hotel environment. I recommend you to stay here and enjoy the facility.

Room was very good & Location is little inside but it's really a not issue. just walking distance to main road. Staffs are very friendly & They will fulfil your requests.

As usual hot water will get on-request. Most BAD SIDE I FACE IN THIS TIME IS WORSE THING EVERY I FACE IN MY LIFE. room cleaning staff your my used towel to clean commode, Then same towel us to clean sink, then mirror, then Floor & again she use same towel to clean commode. this was horrible..... daily water you need to ask, then they'll deliver other wise NO. Bit noisy, specially in house guest make some noice & it make really disturbed.

The staff really were amazing. They always did their best to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went out of their way to help us when one of us was ill. If there were any problems they worked tirelessly to ensure we were okay.

Maintenance and repairs need to be kept up. This was not an issue for me as staff were so accommodating. We did not use the sauna… I recommend that the hotel keep this area a bit more user friendly. Having an operating space for spa services will be appealing for guests.

I really like comfort in room & it make me so pleased, Also size of room an all facilities in room make me satisfied. Pillows and bedsheets are clean and comfortable. I specially need to thanks to DIPIKA (Front office) & Prabin (Manager), They make me feel like I'm at my home. Dipika & Prabin; they are so friendly and so helpful in every aspect. I really missing this two people... and Love you Guys...... I really prefer to this kind of people in every hotel.

This is not the 1st time I stay in Milestone Hotel, there is a issue with Hot water. Normally we are checking before book the hotel all facilities & hot water in one of main components in basic requirements. But in milestone hotel not getting hot water from noon. Morning is perfectly ok, from noon they stop hot water centrally & on request they'll provide. This really make irritate. In the morning it's too noisy & it create by cleaning staffs. Pls give more concern on room cleaning matter...

Managers Subas and Aftab were very helpful during our stay. Everything we asked through hotel phone or directly was provided immediately. Beds were comfortable, linens were extremely clean. Shower had a strong water pressure and hot water. That's exactly what we wanted after 2 weeks mountain trek. Would stay again!

Bedside mat and doorstep shower rug have to be changed, really (room 203). These small details really matters, my friends! Please, pay attention to small details like this. Old mats and rugs should be thrown away and changed by new ones (they are cheap in Nepal).

I stayed here for two months. Perfect location but very peaceful inside. Standards, food, service, cleanliness, facilities, views, friendliness, genuine people who want you to enjoy your visit, excellent. The entire staff, I really cannot praise them enough and I mean EVERYONE. I loved my two months and will be back next year.

I think this might be a first for me......absolutely nothing!!
