The room we got, the small apartment, was very nice. We liked the design of how the shower and bathroom were split in two separate rooms. The apartment was stocked with every little supply one might need in a home (all dishes and pots were there, all cutlery, robes and slippers, etc.). The daily housekeeping were always good. The location of the hotel is great as well, located right in Thamel, yet very quiet even during the day because of the sound proof rooms. Also secure, given there was always a guard as well as constant watch of the many security cameras. But I believe the major thing that made the hotel stand out is it's staff. We met nearly all the staff over our two week stay, and each and every one of them are sincere, kind, and good natured. They were always there to help for the many times we needed. Anything, small or big. Truly just loved the staff and will miss them. When visiting Nepal next time, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

The hotel provided me with an taxi driver who actually looked for me outside the airport. They also have incredibly comforting rooms and bathrooms. Especially the big bath tubs. The management and staff were Super and I mean super attentive. Breakfast was good but not great. Luckily theres incredible restaurants right outside the hotel...

Theres not much I didnt like. One thing I did not like are the lighting switches but most Asian countries have so many different ones. This hotel has like 15 on a panel. They could be better labeled. Otherwise the service was so incredible I ended up leaving for a trek and coming right back!

i like the whole staff members.according to me its best hotel in kathmandu to stay with family.i stay there with my wife for 2 months and with family for few days and they fufill all my urgent needs. however,every morning i got best yummy breakfast.they change menu everyday.in addition if you need something extra that you didnt get in breakfast you can ask to them and it will be in your table in few mins. they clean my room every day.i like that they do my room proper sanitizing.clean my bath tub superb. in last the Manager of this hotel is so nice gentelman.he help me alot.my wife like an indian food and i ask to manager if possible in breakfast and from next day my wife got their best indian breakfast till 2 months.he help me to got medicine after we got little sick.whenever,i need his help he helped me on every moment. thanks alot to give me such a sweet memories.its not a hotel,its like my house.i promise you guys i will come back to see you soon. thanks to all

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in Thamel and MSquare is the most comfortable. Clean, quiet, spacious, and good hot water supply. Location is perfect on the lower end of Thamel, on the way to Durbar Square. And I can't say enough good things about the staff. I don't know how I've lived without such considerate assistance before. They are all a delightful mood booster. Namaste!

The location is great. The room was a good size. Had all your shower gels, shampoo, soap and toothbrush. Has a safe, TV and fridge. The balcony was great, direct view onto the street for people watching also a great bar called the tiny pub is located very close to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Power sockets near the bed. Good selection of tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable as well.

It can get noisy, but you are in Kathmandu. Deal with it.

Location was awesome as it is located in the main market area. Staff is quite polite and helpful. They upgraded the room from deluxe to superior one which is quite spacious. Clean property. Breakfast was ok ok as they are delivering in the room rather than buffet due to limited guests. Overall good.

Breakfast can be improved as there are very limited option. Its always better to have buffet for breakfast to have different variety. Also, its good to provide milk powder in the rooms to make tea, as Indians usually prefer milk tea.

The couch was very comfy and the room was nice and big. The AC worked nicely and so did the fridge. The personal was very friendly too.

Our TVs Smart function did not work, that was disappointing since I was looking forward to relaxing on the big couch and watching movies in the evening. Even after reporting it too the personal it couldn't be fixed, I was told it just didn't work in our room. for the price you pay in such a hotel you'd expect everything to work, or at least be able to be fixed it if doesn't work. Some gouging in the bathroom also looked like a drunken chimpanzee was responsible for it, but that was the lesser problem.

It was comfortable to stay. My room was upgraded.. internal decor was perfect. This was my second time and I would love to stay on my next visit as well. The staff are very kind and professional. The room amenities were perfect. I would like to recommend all travelers to try this property. It's value for money and you will enjoy staying.

Lots of space but the bed was not very comfortable. The duvet was too stiff and rough on the skin, but overall we had a nice stay. Some minor improvements can make a world of difference. Make sure the light sockets work. They need better quality furniture and were placed awkwardly.

Very helpful management (Rabin is fast and pays attention). Good speeds for wifi. I was sick the whole time, but they made my stay very comfortable and provided me with all my needs (water, toiletries, arranged transportation, answered all my questions, all very quickly. Seriously, Rabin the manager answers his Whatsapp right away - it's quite impressive. You can tell they want our business and are eagerly showing commitment. I added the hotel number to my Whatsapp and was able to communicate with him right away - very convenient, and could be a good way for potential guests to speak to him directly without having to wait through the booking website, etc...
